I have smoke shops close to my home in Lake Arrowhead but will drive down the mountain for the prices and excellent customer service. Most of the guys there know what I want without having to ask. Cigarettes are cheaper here than anywhere else. They are also super stocked with E-cigs and vaporizers. Super helpful, and usually back up and guarantee their products. I do have to say that John is alot more helpful than the owner, but my family and I don't go anywhere else for e-cig oils and advice. They also carry real Nag Champa incense, which is hard to find around here. Great smoke shop. read more

My "go-to" shop for glass pieces in San Bernardino. Awesome selection of all types of glass- scientific, heady, micro, recyclers, and every other niche blown glass you can think of. All descent priced with some already filled with agua for those who wanna give it a try before purchasing. Some constructive criticism/areas to work on- they recently expanded the shop to include the suite next door. With the added room, they could def use more name brand glass along with some known artist show cases. More importantly, as every shop should be doing, spot light local glass artist. If shops brought in more local glass & pointed it out to their customers, i know personally, i find myself purchasing it more often then the china stuff. Yes, it may cost a little more and not have that spinning wheel diffuser going into the tornado dual chamber, but its $ well spent & every time i smoke, i get a little gitty knowing i helped out a local artist i might someday see showcasing a $8,000 piece. ... So ya, if u haven't been to this shop, GO. Every person ive taken here, has become a repeat customer, and has taken someone they know, who also becomes a regular. They're always helping customers so it can get a lil busy in there, but be patient, take your time, chill and look around. They're happy to show you stuff, but be respectful and don't lean on the glass. Or take up like 20 minutes of their time and just say "I'll be in tomorrow to buy that". Good place to go for a quick smoke or to get a general idea into vaping. They have bongs, pieces... Pretty much the basics for any smoker. The only down fall I can see is they charge you a fee if you use card (credit, debt, etc). The main guy there is very knowledgeable and is willing to help you if you wait your turn. Not to mention most smoke shops carry gross and cheap e-liquid for ecigs but this place had name brand stuff!! Adam bomb, anml, holy grail, space jam just to name a few. You know I did like this place the service was good and pretty on point as far as smoke shops go but not today when I go in and the younger guy is working I told him I bought a product that worked for a week and stopped I didn't expect an exchange for a new one for free but at least a lil bit of help and discount on getting a new one of better quality perhaps and the dude tells me in a rude manner that basically I'm shit out of luck and they don't have any warranty , well I don't expect you to have a warranty but maybe a lil better service on taking care of your customer , than I buy what I'm in their for an e cig battery and he gives me a broken charger that didn't even have screws in it to keep the plastic housing together and tells me sometimes you just get bad luck , how can you expect to run a business when you sell people bunk ass broken stuff and tell your customers it's just bad luck , and to top it off I buy a tank yesterday that the guy said was his best seller and it's the oldest model of the tank that's out and didn't work either it won't even vaporize , so go here if you wanna be ripped off and than told sometimes you just get bad luck read more

i found this place on yelp because my boyfriend wanted to get a vape. we showed up 30 minutes before closing so we were trying to make it a short but the employee, Gabriel, was extremely patient with us! it was great because boyfriend ended up having a million and one questions about vaping since he is new to it. I have frequented this smoke shop for about 3 months now and have always been impressed by their assortment and variety. However the other day, I stopped by after having lunch next door to purchase a pack of cigarettes and a lighter. First off, I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes, which is okay because there's usually only a few guys working and if people have a lot of questions they can get distracted. However this time, it was only one man working and he was showing a few different vapes to another customer; the customer looked at me a few different times and told him that he could help me while he decided on what vape to purchase. The employee then said, multiple times, "That's okay" while just standing motionless behind the counter not doing anything. I understand if he was explaining/up-selling to this specific customer however he was just standing there ! Finally after 15 mins, I took my money to the gas station across the parking lot and bought my cigarettes and a lighter in under 2 mins. Will definitely consider this past experience before returning to this smoke shop. read more

This is hands down the best smoke shop that I have ever been to. I went with the intent to replace a lighter that had stopped working, and happened to mention that to the gentleman behind the counter as I was browsing. He asked to see the lighter, which was in the car, even though the shop was closing ten minutes from then. It took him maybe a minute and a half to get the lighter working again, and he gave me a couple of tips to make sure it would continue to work, then handed it back to me. I pointed out that I hadn't bought anything, and he casually said, "That's ok, you know you can trust us in the future." Best service to a non-customer ever! He was obviously extremely knowledgeable and very kind and willing to work with me. This is the only smoke shop that I have ever been to where they have helped me fix something rather than try to sell me a new one. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he was younger with big brown eyes. It was an excellent experience! I will certainly be back in the future! read more
