I don't know him at all or where his mouth has been to do so. He responds with: "sorry, I can't give you another or else we'll be behind on stock." So, I asked if I could get my money back. However last time i was here i purchased an adjustable heat battery for cartridge use that stopped working properly 3 weeks in. Came in and told the man at the desk about it and he troubleshooted it for me and determined there was in fact something wrong but it seemed to be a charging issue. He offered to charge it at the store for me so i could come back and for sure know if that was the issue but i decided to buy a new charger. He offered the charger at a discounted price of $3 and also gave me for free a replacement pen (of cheaper make) in case my battery was in fact defective. Excellent service!! My battery did still work it turned out to be a charger issue and now i have 2 batteries :)
