Update: Had to go to the company website of Catalyst to just email someone from corporate I think. They got back to me in the morning and apologized for the mistake and offered to replace the cart. Didn't offer to reimburse 60 miles I had to drive back and forth 2 times to get the replacement. Just be sure to check your products before leaving the premise to avoid what I had to deal with. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS ARENT OPEN AND USED OR THEY WONT RETURN IT. They sold me a vape cart that had its security sticker already peeled off with evidence it already being on the container. I provided pictures below that shows proof. When I called to ask if I can return it WITH RECEIPT they said yes. After driving all the way back they said ," Heat peeled the sticker off then stuck itself on the paper it wasn't us." Tell me in what world that makes sense that heat "peeled back" then with no addition exterior force somehow stuck just the corner of the paper. Not trying to hate on the spot but catalyst really needs to start promoting products that they show on the website pictures and be able to receive said product because this is the second time I've done an online order for a product shown for a specific price but yet I receive an entirely different product when I show up to get my items. First time I had ordered 7gs of connected for about $30 or so and was given a coastal sun 7gs instead and was told by a manager it's a human error ppl make mistakes. Then there was today they had shown the napalm Georgia pie grenade but yet when upon arrival was given a dynamite stick instead and I was upset because was looking forward to the grenade but I guess we can't always be truthful to our customers.I completely get it but it keeps happening to me and quite frankly it's upsetting not being able to receive the items that were listed on the website because somebody else made a mistake.
