Specifically, my youngest son left his contact lens case on the bathroom counter despite my warning that anything left in there would be packed. Instead of packing the contact case, they guys put it aside and saved me a trip to the store before the kids' bedtime. It may be a minor little gesture but I appreciate it greatly!

On the form it asks a Claim Amount. Very wishy washy when it comes to damage and how to file a claim. Have done MANY moves with the military and was easy to file a claim but not with this private company.

I then tried to explain that uhaul has a $50 rebate if they fail to meet your needs, which i showed a screen shot to be told no we don't do that here. So i cancelled my reservation, wasn't given any other size truck to use and had to push our move in day. They didn't know that I had two other companies send their people out ,they changed the price on me after seeing the large TV that I had told them about on the phone. They started about 8 AM and were done around 3 PM. Everything was placed where is needed to go. And then the items that needed install were done with care and precision.
