The man helpiing was waiting so I let him know what the hold up was. finally we get everything hooked up and that is where things went south. One of the lights was not registering with the trailer so we had to undo all of it and leave without the trailer. Unfortunate process, but we understand the necessity of the car properly connecting to the trailer. It was a positive service experience and will try them again if we need something.

I was away…read moreat a training exercise and returned the 2nd of the month, when I went to go access my storage unit my code was deactivated, and my unit had a double lock on it. I had just gotten back from a field exercise and was heading into another one the very next day. I was unable to reach the site manager to Rectify the issue. I was also unable to retrieve my stuff. When the lady did call back the next day she was rude and unprofessional. Money wasn't the issue; for customers who come and pay for their storage months in advance they don't hesitate to swipe your card! But they couldn't even send a courtesy email or text regarding my unit. Instead they deactivated my gate code and double locked my unit! Won't be storing my stuff with them again!

Unlike other companies I called I was provided with a prorated price of no more than $30 for the three weeks I used the storage unit. Tomas went above and beyond to ensure that I got an end unit when I called him from California. He was super friendly and transparent about the units and the pricing. When I arrived in Tennessee, my end unit was ready for me. It was clean, easy to access and secure. They offer locks, and I chose to purchase one (these locks are very sturdy and require a key). I also like that there are cameras on the premises. But mostly, I really enjoyed interacting with Tomas every time I drove out to my unit during the four months. He always waved and often walked out to see how I was doing. He remembered who I was and why I was using the unit - that's a whole other level of customer service. Yesterday, when I left with my belongings for the last time ending my storage need, I told Tomas how much I liked him and how pleasant and hassle-free my Stor ALot experience had been. He flashed his usual smile and wished me the best. I would definitely use this location again for storage.
