420 D is a cool spot to get various strains of flower at competitive $$$'s. The staff is cool, they are friendly and very knowledgeable about various marijuana products. The customer service set up is nice and personable, there are no counters in between the customer n the sales staff. Another, plus is there are 2 locations in Detroit, 1 on 8 mile n another on Gratiot. But, they got a 3 star rating due to their location being n a high crime area. Also, l was beat out of $30 n 1/8 of flower. It didn't get packed in my bag, when I noticed it I tried to call bk. But, no one answered the phone and the voicemail said it was full. It would be nice if customers were given a receipt of purchase. Maybe that would help staff n customers to check if all items have been received. read more

They really went downhill and ban you for complaining about your bag being short. Their weed got expensive too. It used to be reasonable when they started. Hit or miss dispensary. Top shelf shouldn't be more than 275, not 400. read more

I have frequented this place for a long time. Never had an issue. Have used the delivery option more than enough times have NEVER HAD AN ISSUE, until October 12 I got a delivery from Samuel. He was very rude upset and accused me of sending him to voicemail which I didn't my phone doesn't accept calls from unrecognized numbers. We got into a heated verbal altercation he continued to yell out his car called me at least 20 bitches. I'm old enough to be his mother. He called me white B Which I'm not. But that seems racist to even say it. I called and spoke to the "manager" that night. She didn't care. My husband called back and she again gave 2 shits. Actually stuck up for the delivery driver saying I should've answered his call?? Nowhere on the app or if you make a phone order for delivery does it state or do they say to answer your phone. Again I've had MANY DELIVERY ORDERS and NEVER had a problem. So delivery driver is a jerk and the manager must be his wife Damn shame customer service is a thing of the past ... even if it's marijuana there has got to be some type of professionalism... seriously. read more

Clean store, fast service and friendly staff. They have a good little assortment of strong products, however my needs are unusual. I look for strains like harlequin or AC/DC. Something with either equal parts CBD and THC. Or even something like more CBD than THC such as 3:1 or 2:1. But I suppose demand being so low the incentive to sell it is low. read more

I would normally give them 5 stars, but now they are getting 2 Stars from me because they were charging for delivery (very understandable) but now they're charging for pickup if you made an order in advance (through the website), which they wanted you to do in the first place before all of this sad covid 19 mess. They are charging $2 to order your medicine! This is bad business for people, like me who have illegitimate illnesses that require cannabis for pain management. They don't do it if you just pull up to the door and call once you get there. Then you're taking a chance of possibly not getting your proper medication. It's okay if you just want to get recreational cannabis which is usually very good. The people are still kind but they're taking advantage of the situation. Not recommend until they stop doing that. read more

Definitely my go to dispensary when I am home. I travel frequently for work and have been to a number of dispensaries. None of them quite top 420Dank. They have a range of products from flowers, edibles, drinks and even medicated bath bombs. Also offer a delivery service from 8pm-1am. It don't get any better than that. read more

The sign in the corner by the cashier should have been my warning. Weigh and confirm your weight, we have provided you a scale. My experience as first time visit was shorted. I was suppose to get 2 and when I dumped the bag at home there was only 1. I will definitely follow up with them. Say they take out of state cards but won't accept current Colorado cards and said it's up to each dispensary and they chose to lose business so if from Colorado don't expect help. They will only except the older style cards that our state discontinued. There are others though that will accept it and have better attitudes. read more
