This particular day I was in the area and kind of ride past it frequently so I decided to stop in. The guy at the front was so nice, I told him it was my first time and he processed me and gave me all the dets and I went on to the next phase! First, the bud tender seemed totally annoyed that he was dealing with me, ask him for sativa strain that was like Catfish, he sends me out the door with an 85% indica, which is stated right on the label and nothing like Catfish, couldn't read it in the store because the label that states the product is so goddamned small you need a magnifying glass to read it. I call back and ask for a return and am told "tough luck". There are a lot of dispensaries on 8 mile that I've used, I've never gotten this kind of piss poor service, going elsewhere next time, so should you. I have been a faithful customer since it opened even before the grand opening, and now at flavors I get reward points that can be used to buy cools stuff like I got a charger for my pen , a very large raw rolling tray , a candle for my wife. The "new" bud tender I spoke with was a manager, probably you. Long pulls with Small clouds, some have horrible chemical aftertaste, one was bought a quarter empty, one that was brand new leaked, got a horrible headache from another one. I've gone here a few times now, and each time I'm hoping that I have some type of positive visit. But each time I never do, and honestly I'm not sure why I keep coming back and wasting my money. I've dealt with the same budtender a few times, I have also dealt with a few different ones. But I can assure you that pretty much the entire staff here seems like some of the most unamused, annoyed and inconvenienced people I have ever encountered at a dispensary. It makes you not want to ask questions about any of the products. They truly make you seem like you are inconveniencing them just by being there. I stopped in a few days ago, was very hesitant to giving my past experiences, but did it anyway. Couldn't really ask much about the product I was interested in so naturally it's not what I was expecting and I'm glad I wasted $40. If this dispensaries bud tenders were more interested in being personable or helping their customers instead of getting high during their shift, that might also help.
