Super inviting and answered all our questions ; we walked away very satisfied and intending to return However, we visited again for the second time and had a completely different experience. It was a different tender and he didn't seem to be interested in answering my bf's questions ; not saying you have to be ecstatic ; but it was around 10AM (they'd just opened) and he had the most off-putting demeanor. As if he wanted us to just hurry up and order and go? Customer service really does make or break an experience.
