The property has an outside pool and hot-tub that are well kept and available during warmer months (summer). The area is near Meijer and Walmart, but is still a very pretty area. The trees and landscaping make the area feel suburban while still having great accessibility to grocery shopping. There is a community center available which residents host small gettogethers and can connect with other people living in the property. I usually go there when I have homework or want to get out of the house. Plus, it is next to the pool. The fitness center is a little small, but has plenty of equipment to satisfy "home gym" requirements such as treadmills, ellipticals, weights, and exercise balls. The apartments are beautiful. I live in a 2-bedroom; 2-bath. They are properly maintained and in good condition. The counters are dark grey. The main floor of the apartment is wood and the bedrooms are carpeted. It is a great place to live. It is a non-smoking atmosphere and residents are help accountable to clean up after their animals and trash. It keeps the property clean and maintained. I think it is a great place to live in the Grand Haven area and would highly recommend the apartment complex and community.

The only time i can hear other tenants is if I'm in the hallway on my way up the stairs to get to my unit and they also happen to be speaking near the door. I've never been able to hear anybody else while being inside of my unit. This place is awesome, friendly, & has nice amenities as well! The kayak launch is my favorite in the spring/summer. Maintenance fixes things in a timely manner if you let them know of any issues, & management is very nice! Love staying here.

They also have a dog wash, and nice patio with grills and a fire pit, and there is a secure package room for your deliveries. No online portal to pay your rent, have to mail in a physical check. and…read moreif you have maintenance issues, you have to call in to let someone know, and you aren't given a timeframe on when somebody might stop in to fix an issue (was surprised on a Saturday afternoon one weekend to a knock on my door). People in the office are nice enough to deal with. You are better off to call, email could take a while to get a response if at all. One of the tenants in the building I lived in had someone not on the lease living in their unit, and both smoked in the building. They were made aware of the issues, but continued to allow the person not on the lease to live in the building. They will dock you for everything little thing when you move out. So please, document everything and take lot of pictures to protect yourself.

I recommend this place and their excellent staff (Janelle, Cara, Joe & Cole). A couple new apartment buildings just got built, so now is a good time to get in.
