We faithfully pd the rental each month, never late!! While we were in Louisiana for my husband's schooling. After almost 2yrs payung,in Oct 2019 we get a letter and returned money order from them,saying someone broke into our shed and stolen everything.and trashed the rest. Owners told us they tried calling us,they was calling 314 instead of 315...yet it was listed on their paperwork our number was 315!! Then because we was in Louisiana the lady told my husband they woukd put a different lock on the shed till we were able to come up to Mo. Few months after that we came to Mo,called them respond we got from her was it was just trash in there so they cleaned it out got rid of it!! Please!!!! The Army did Not pack&move trash!! Then her husband wanted to get on phone getting smart saying well you all didn't pay to hold it,your wife didn't state that,cause we woukd of mailed back the payment they mailed us!! If Anyone has ever had the Military pack&move you knows...they pack it in crates and close them up!! What it Boiled down to they were selling the Rolla location instead of having decency to send us a letter....oh yeah btw to address they mailed the letter and our payment back to us at!!!!! They more in likely went through our household,kept what they wanted,sold what they didn't want....then come up with this crap story how it got broken into any everything stolen. She told my husband it had gotten broken into several times, If that was true yet you continued to take our payment each month, and didn't bother to send even a letter each time to address where payment came from,to inform us of these so called several break ins to our shed!! So YES A Huge Warning to Any Soldier who has stuff stored in this company's sheds or considering storing in their shed..... DON'T, if you value your items you bust your butts serving your country for...so thieves like this company can benefit from your hard earned labor to buy!! The let us keep that huge Uhaul on site so we could offload all of our stuff over a few days. The unit we got has two doors, one on each end! So handy! Everything seems pretty tight, so I don't worry about mice or rats. They have an entry gate and doors that work with our cell phones! No need for keys or locks! I would highly recommend them!

I had reached out to this company - Ashley carpets - and had put a request in for a call back to schedule an appointment. We kept playing telephone tag and the connection never occurred. However, I called Ryan a month later - after everything that was going on in my personal business had calmed down - to finally go ahead and book (trying to give a local vendor the business)......and immediately upon hearing my voice and I'm assuming recognizing my number - Ryan hung up on me and blocked my number! WOW!! At first I thought maybe one of our phones had died or lost battery - but no, he hung up and blocked me because I actually called him from another number. Thus to me - as a consumer - is unacceptable and unconscionable. Ryans maturity is definitely lacking and this local business merchant is not for me!
