I called to order and they reassured me that they could meet my order pending walk in customers and I was okay with that. Less than 5 minutes I got a return call letting me know that they have the same box available as the customer would not be picking up till 4:00 pm later that day. If I came right away, they would give me that customer's box. I promptly jumped in my car and well, got lost. I typed in W. Sullivan and not E Sullivan. No worries, the owner was so patient and calmly explained how to reach his shop. Great customer service and again, the quality of the meat was exceptional and of a better quality. I will definitely be ordering from KPC again!
