Before I explain let me be the first to suggest YOU NOT USE these people…read more After Having a decade of peripheral neuropathy, my PCP suggest these people evaluate my pain medications and change them accordingly. I made the appointment and came early for paperwork. After 40 minutes I was placed in a room where I would sit for another nearly 2 hours. I finally called the home office and asked if this was normal..they said no. When the Dr finally came to my room she felt more interested in telling me about her having the condition in one leg than listening to my decade long journey and the evolution of my condition. She gave paperwork on a new back treatment and changed my medication with the caveat that if it was wrong to call back and we would continue to try medication that was effective. There is nothing more soothing that a guess. After day three of no relief I called in to let them know it was ineffective. The nurse told me the doctors recommendation was to stick it out for two weeks. When I insisted I was told to come to the office and bring the medication with me. I had no issue with this because pills that dont work are of no use to me. I was sat in the waiting room for three hours. I watched every patient get served and leave as well as the front office staff leave to go home. I once again call the home office to complain. While on the phone I was taken to a room where a nurse counted my medication, poured hydrogen peroxide over them and had me sign a form. In less than 5 minutes it was done. The doctor wasn't there but my prescription was pre-printed. As I left I realized this wonderful doctor also removed 30 pills from my prescription I had been on for a decade. After the medication debacle m y insurance wouldn't let me get it corrected. It took a month to fix the mess this place put me in, and anyone with a chronic pain condition will know that's an eternity. In my opinion they are hypervigilant to diagnose drug addicts and blind to seeing patients as individuals. I will never walk in those doors again, but the choice is yours. I wish someone had warned me.

My mother-in-law fell at home and crushed her ankle and broke her leg. She was taken to the E.R…read more and has been in great hands since her arrival. She had surgery on her ankle and has been in so far for 8 days. She cannot put any weight on it and will be in the hospital for about another 4 weeks. I do want to point out and highlight one employee especially who has gone way above and beyond in working with our family and that would be Tena one of the Social Workers. She is very friendly and goes out of her way to help any way she can. She has been working with us and following every lead and suggestion to try and help with the rehabilitation needed for my mother-in-law. She thinks outside the box and does not quit or give up. She is the best and I say kudos. The hospital is extremely fortunate to have an employee like Tena on staff. Thank you!

I went in due to a fall. My finger was going backwards when touched the gave me a xray. I was told…read moreit wasn't broken and to go to bone and joint if continued hurting or didn't stop going backwards. I explained that doesn't make sense to me. I received nothing for pain or anything. I left and didn't know none and joint had and emergency walk in come to find out I have 2 ligaments that are detached. Now I have to have surgery for repair. I feel like the quality of care is a 3 out of 10. I went due to pain and left hurt with no answers and had to ask after sitting so long to get my paperwork to go home
