Do not choose this company, they added 50 more pages to my journal. Which I printed at UPS just fine. They said that my page 5 needed 1 more page, and that simply isn't true. Then I tried to cancel my order the next day, and they said they wouldn't give me back my $100 it was non-refundable. Sounds like a SCAM to me. Also, they say they are quick printers. Note: it's after they get you to approve the PDF print which also takes more time. Find a more reputable and honest company than this one. read more

This wasn't a very good experience for me. The customer service was actually great. But the idea that the book arrives in 48 hours, even after it's printed, is not true. Also I was not happy with the way the cover turned out. The title is grainy and there is a thin black line on the cover, which was not in the final proof they sent me. Nope. I chose this company *not* based on the name (basically fast-food books) I chose them based on the reputation, but the reputation takes a hit for two reasons. (1) Quality: I had one and only one instruction: make sure that the illustrations maintain their fidelity. That instruction was not followed. Keep in mind, this company has about 127 instructions about how to make sure that if you don't follow them ALL, to a 't', they will not be held responsible. Well, I followed their instructions -- ALL of them and they did not follow mine -- 1 instruction. And they chose to not hold themselves responsible for ignoring my important detail. (2) Customer Service: When I wrote to say that I had this complaint, I simply asked that we make things right. Once someone got back to me, they said they would have their manager look into it. The manager, after having taken no more than 8 seconds of time, determined that I should be satisfied, that she knew what my customers want, and that it was all MY fault anyway. I have been in business for many years, and only once can I remember going there with someone -- it was after I tried to make things right with them, and in the end, even though I was 'right', I was wrong. Because the customer is right. ALWAYS. And if you don't know that, then you're going to find out. The customer knows what he wants and 99% of the time the customer gets it -- the first time. When that doesn't happen, let's work to make it right. If not, refund the customer and terminate the relationship. This happens almost never, by the way. After filing my complaint, my name was being misspelled by their employee-- again and again. Not personal, but not the right attention to a VERY important detail. And my name is on my account, my email, I sign it every time. Every single time-- oh and yes, on the credit card I paid with... PS: I am only uploading one (1) example, because in both cases these are copies of copies (picture of screenshot as well as picture of print), but there are dozens of examples with similar issues. read more

I was able to submit my manuscript and have a book cover designed and ready to print within a couple days. They shipped out within 2 days and I received my order only a couple days later. Good communication throughout, both via notifications and emails, and also through pro-active phone calls when something was unclear. If the first person you contact doesn't know the answer to your question, which is rare, they'll refer you to someone who does.
