Sure, the price was cheaper but we had no idea the quality and then the expedited shipping would have been crazy expensive. So I stopped into Young's to talk to them about what I needed. The lady was incredibly helpful (I think her name was Nancy) and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Sure...the shirts cost me a little more than online but I was happy to pay it to support a local company and to avoid the possibility of shipping delays. Apparently, finding a quality screenprinter is hard to find…read more The first couple of orders went OK, even though their ordering process is very cumbersome and I end up sending more information to be sure they get things right. My last order was a disaster. The order was placed and you are blind as to when anything goes into production or ships because there is no way to track the order. Then we had a storm that wiped out power for many people. They experienced some issues, and that's fine, but communicate that with your customers. They failed to do that. I asked for an update on my order on Friday, the original ship date, and was told they were a day behind due to the storm and that my order would ship on Monday. Today is Thursday and I had to reach out again because there was no communication with me. I was told they still haven't processed the order because staff was sick, the power issue hasn't fully been resolved, and a bunch of other nonsense. Where was the communication so I could tell my customer the situation? Instead, they just gave me the big middle finger. Avoid Ohio Screen. It's an awful ordering process, and their communication is non-existent. Now, I have to wait to receive my blank garments back and get them to another decorator so I can get the order to my customer, which now will be about two weeks past their date needed. Apparently, communication is a lost art.

In the past 6 yrs I've lived in the area, I have seen a fast decline in this store and will probably never return after my recent visit. In fact, I fail to see how their doors are still open as the location looked as if they were going out of business. Their prices have always been way too high, & the customer service is lacking in basic mannerism. Yet the most annoying part about my visit is the barren shelves. Almost every single ail was completely empty! If you're looking for fairy/dollhouse supplies- forget it, they had all of 5 related items. Need paper craft supplies for quilling, stamping or embossing; you wont find it here. Seasonal craft projects or decor... down to 2 sections of 1 shelf at best. I honestly did ask the cashier if the store was closing, she said " No, it's a restocking day" but it was hard to tell from the looks of things. They never have what I need but since Pat Catan's was bought out and Hobby Lobby goes against my personal beliefs this is the only choice that's close to home. Huge disappointment!

This location is easy to access with a parking lot right out front. I recommend bringing your project in on a flash drive in a number of formats in case you need to make changes. You can also upload your file in advance if it's really large. If you're working on behalf of an organization, be sure to bring your tax exempt paperwork or ask if they have it on file already. One place wanted to charge me $125 a stand, on-line solutions were almost as expensive. I came across Central Graphics during my google searching. Although it didn't look like they sold the stands I needed at retail, I thought they'd be a good place to stop by and ask about where I could find something. By this time I was down to less than 48 hours when I needed the stands for a trade show. (Yes, yes, bad planning on my part, I know) I stopped in at Central Graphics, unannounced having never been a customer of theirs and not knowing anyone there personally. The receptionist called Managing Director, Jeff Loofboro, over to help me. I explained to him the predicament I was in and asked if I could buy a stand from him or if he knew where I could get one. Jeff stopped what he was doing and starting looking around the store. After about 15 minutes he found a slightly broken and used stand back in their production area that seemed like it would work. I offered to rent it from him but he said I could take it for free and just bring it back after the trade show. I did so and it worked out great, even being a bit beat up. Yesterday, I returned the stand to Jeff and offered to buy it from him. Since it was used, slightly damaged, and not something they needed; he gave it to me without charge. I don't know Jeff or anyone at Central Graphics. I've never been a customer of theirs. I'm in the process though of starting up a small business in the area. And simply based on the stellar service CG offered to a stranger walking in off the streets, I intend to become a customer of theirs as soon as possible.
