I apologize that this review is a couple months overdue, but I had an issue in October where OneDrive hijacked my PC and started deleting files in front of my eyes. I was in absolute panic, and to make matters worse, the grocery cart I was using to get the PC tower to my car to bring it into Falls PC Clinic collapsed with it on it, resulting in it blue-screen-of-deathing. I believe it was Derek that I worked with, but not only did he keep me updated every step of the way, he also checked in before performing any additional services to make sure I was comfortable with the quotes provided. He was able to salvage ALL of my files, reinstall windows, and made good and sure that OneDrive was gone, gone, gone. All for a really, really affordable rate. I was expecting to pay triple what they charged me. I cannot recommend this business enough, and thank you SO much for saving my PC and all my projects I feared I lost! read more

I used Falls PC Clinic to replace two hard drives in my PC and transfer all my data from the old drives to the new ones. They also updated my operating system from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Based on past experience with other computer repair companies, I was expecting to have problems with the new OS and programs not running properly. Not this time! They were extremely nice, helpful, and inexpensive. I went to BestBuy with a problem that I had with my laptop, I waited 30 minutes to speak to someone and they did absolutely nothing and told me it was not fixable. I then came here I was in and out in 10 minutes and they told me they'd be able to fix it for under $200. read more

I had a cheap computer that was super-slow before the hard drive crashed. On a whim, rather than throwing it out, because I feared repairing it would cost more that getting a new one, I stopped by the Falls PC Clinic. Not knowing quite what I wanted, they steered me in the right direction. Now my cheap computer is super fast. Booting up has gone from several minutes to under 30 seconds. They also installed a dual boot with Ubuntu which I was curious about, and so far I thrilled with that as well. The price was very reasonable, I will go to them anytime I have computer problems. The guys up there were very nice, helpful and knowledgable. My computer completely stopped turning on and they fixed it for a fraction of the price that the 'Geek Squad' was going to charge! In fact, it cost me less to get my computer repaired AND get new anti-virus software installed than it would've cost me to have the Geek Squad diagnose the problem (AND NOT EVEN FIX IT!).
