Retractable banner

We ordered the retractable banner. Website was easy to use, got to proof our design before it went into production. Service was fast and delivery was on time and seamless. The banner itself is great quality and print was flawless. Would order again. Thank you 48 hour print.

Bumper sticker's started to peel up in corners after a few weeks, take me off your email list I will not be buying anything again...waste of money

Response After telling them to KEEP MY BROCHURE HOW I WANTED IT SO YOU WOULD IMAGINE THEY WOULDVE KEPT IT THERE.

Worst Customer service ever!! I wish I would've read the reviews first! I placed an order with them and wanted a Z-fold for my brochures but since this is my first time I selected the option to get feedback before approving my proof. Their feedback was to go with a tri-fold after working with someone named Joanna I had EXTENSIVELY REQUESTED that my order be made with a z-fold instead of their recommendation and she responded and was aware of my request. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PROOFS EVEN WHEN TALKING TO SOMEONE THROUGH EMAIL. When the product came in it was nothing folded like how I requested and when I asked for a replacement they (Eric) said we'll give you a 20% discount but thats the best they could do. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE AND JUST KNOW THEIR SISTER COMPANY IS UPRINTING SO DON'T GET HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR ANYTHING THEY DO!!!

overpriced shipping (way overpriced). No way to get damaged product replaced after you've paid for it. Terrible, just Terrible.

In store The store offers a decent enough shopping…read moreexperience. It wasn't too difficult to find an employee to ask the location of an item. There was no follow through though on the employee's part; I was just pointed in a direction of the store. I didn't see what I wanted so I had to find a second employee. They ended up not having the model of what I needed, but the second employee offered to order it online. The store was neat and clean though slightly empty and picked over. There were only a few other customers so shopping was a quiet and uninterrupted experience. Check out was fast. The computers are finally updated so the cashier can scan your rewards card and any coupons you have right off your phone. An e-receipt completes the process completely paper free. Order online pick-up in store I tried the order online and pick-up in store feature the other day. I ordered something at 7p and had an email that I could go pick it up by 8p so the promise of ready in an hour was kept. Once in store though, the cashier checked the shelves where online orders are stored and didn't see my order. The manager and an employee checking in the back later it was found the cashier just didn't look well enough the first time. Therefore, unless you have an online only promo, are worried the item you want will sell out, or need a ton of items, it may be faster to just go into the store and get what you want off the shelf yourself...

Horrible customer service my order was supposed to be ready based on the quote on their website…read moredays ago so called this morning and was on hold for 30 minutes was told they aren't answering calls right now because they're so busy to call back in an hour. I called back a few hours later because I needed this product for time sensitive event tomorrow... second time I called they said they have 93 orders it's not their fault we said well you should have called to update us they said they can't but they'll work on it and hung up right away. Few hours later we call again for an update and speak to a manager to express concerns and the manager says they ran out of ink thats why its taking so long. Not only were there serious customer service issues and rudeness from the staff, the quality of the prints is horrible. I ordered glossy prints they are definitely matte. When we get there the guy says "is this you that called a million times?" (We called 3x... didn't even speak to someone the first time) we say yes. The guy says "you know you aren't the only one who wants your stuff rushed right?" Which was really rude.... Keep in mind I ordered this on my business card for my job and the order was over $100. I will never order anything from this rude ass Staples ever again!
