Recently ordered some stickers from 48 Hour print. We had previously used PS Print however they had some shortage of materials needed to fabricate the stickers and didn't inform us of the delay until I called several weeks later wondering where the order was. We switched to 48 Hour print and our first experience was great. I love the custom artwork interface and the available premade backgrounds which you can add to your own artwork. We received the stickers relatively quickly and had no issues with the order itself. Will definitely be ordering again through them. read more

Order processing times are not accurate. There are no notifications regarding orders being proccessed and delivered late. This company false advertises with the 48hourprint service as there is no 48 hour print service. All of their orders are delivered pass the guaranteed date and there is nothing that can be done after the items are delivered late. I definitely do not recommend this company. read more

I recently ordered 100 wine tags about a month ago and have left a review already and have not been gotten back to. I loved the quality and how fast they were shipped, however they only sent me 88 out of the 100. This of course left me frazzled and rushing to try and compensate. I order 1000 business cards. when I received them the cards were falling out of box. they were scattered over my yard. the boxes was not secured. not tapes shut. I called called service and they asked me how many I did not received really???? they wanted me to count 1000 cards to see how many I didn't get?!? I would love to give you 0 stars if I could. I ordered my wedding invitations here and it's been the biggest regret I've had while planning my wedding. Absolute dog s*** customer service. I wasted $200 on invites I can't even use because the color is WAY off. The picture I wanted to use was the same picture I approved in the proof but was not the same as the one I received. The picture I received is incredibly grainy and SO dark, you can hardly see anything in it. Don't listen to the proofs cause it probably won't turn out the same way. I don't know if their quality is just that awful or what but I got the same exact picture printed from Vistaprint and Walmart both with no issues. Won't do a reprint or refund. I called and was told I would receive a call back first thing in the morning 7am, but R**n never called. This company is shady in my opinion. They advertised they were from Van Nuys, CA but when searching for them to leave a review nothing comes up. had to search to see the parent company is in OH and only 2 other reviews so they purposely have made it difficult for customers to find them and leave a review. They gave me a quote and when I decided to move forward then informed me it was $800 more. I am a small business owner and this print was for a mailing campaign that was very time sensitive. They took a week to print, not 48 hours. They then shipped to a shady courier company in order to save them the most money and and maximize their profits. The courier has had my post cards since saturday morning despite saying they would be shipped to me by friday. The courier called me and lied and said they dont do same day shipping and couldnt deliver to me today (monday). They didnt realize that I knew they had the post cards since saturday. I twice contacted Robin at 48 hour print about this and she basically shrugged me off saying they did their part. I spent over $5,100 on this order and its obviously not very important to them. Im not a big enough fish for them to give good service too. My advice, just go to your local print shop and dont waste your time or money with these guys. read more

We had ordered previously from 48HourPrint and had great success with our order and our banners. This time I ordered 2 banners and only received 1. I then had to go through an hour or more of phone calls to get the one reordered that wasn't delivered. In the meantime we had frames built for the banners and the banners were still in their boxes. Evidently, 48HourPrint will only guarantee the banners for 30 days. It was after 30 days when we received our frames for the banners and were able to hang them at our listing. They lasted 6 hours (not on a windy day mind you) and the grommets busted loose. I immediately call 48HourPrint wondering what the issue might be because we have ordered before and been very happy with the quality. I find out the material isn't the same thickness. OK, so can I get at least a comp on 1 of the banners so we can order banners that are equal in quality to our previous orders? NO is what I am told and that there is NOTHING they can do to help make us satisfied. Our company will NEVER order from 48HourPrint again and we have spent a lot of money with them in the past. I ordered brochures #10333691and submitted our design art which specifically stated 8.5 x 11. Their website defaults to 8.5 x 11 which is most popular. After selecting the 8.5 x 11 and uploading to 48 hour they displayed the "proof". It required some edits so I worked through their chat designer until it displayed correctly. Once I was satisfied, I approved and paid for the order. The order arrived on or about the estimated time but, the brochures were teeny: instead of 8.5 x 11, they were 8.5 x 5.5, not much bigger than a business card after the trifold. I contacted 48 hour and they responded with a very customer-centric email that placed all the blame on me, and that I approved the size. Pretty much the same scenario in the following emails where they admitted the art/design specified 8.5 x 11, but I ordered 8.5 x 5.5. I have no idea how the size was changed, and being that their site defaults to 8.5 x 11, and 8.5 x 5.5 is a unpopular size, there was no warning. Their advice was simply ensure the design fit properly within their safe" zones. Finally, after faulting me 3 times, I hesitantly agreed to a compromise, where I would reorder, and requested a partial credit. Another super friendly BS email about "Dont worry" we're here to take care of all of your concerns", with an offer to get the same pricing anyone else would get plus a lousy $14.13 credit. These guys suck. I should have checked out Yelp, where there are many former 48 hour customers, with bad experiences (some similar to mine). I misunderstood and ordered the wrong item the first time. They were great in helping me order the right item. However, I specifically told them I wanted the cards to look exactly like what I'd ordered, only to be fold-overs. When I received the note cards, they were fold-overs, but at the fold there was a white line at the top. They looked horrible and cannot be used. I called and they explained that it was because of the fold. I should have ordered the new ones with the same color on the back. I told them they should have explained this to me. They offered me a discount, but I didn't feel I should pay for them. I will not be using them again. read more

I went ahead and puchased 6 of these banner stands based on the positive reviews and found them to be extremely low quality. While the graphic itself was printed nicely, the way its installed in the stand is not good, the graphipic wouldn't stay taute and had a wrinkely wavy effect, looked very cheap like it was going to fall over. The banners stand was also so sharp its a safety hazard as I almost cut my hand popping it up. I was at a conference and threw 2 banners away after the event as they were such poor quality I didn't want to pay to ship them back to my company. I cannot reccommend this banner stand. From the feedback on reviews, the company isn't responsive and won't do refunds, so lesson learned. I will be going back to our previous vendor. read more

Not happy with order received. Placed an order for a few thousand post cards which need to be a certain thickness in order for USPS to mail them. Ordered required thickness and received the wrong size. We received paper thin postcards which are useless and are not acceptable by USPS. We now have thousands of useless postcards, were not reimbursed for the cost of them and were given a store credit for $50.00. read more

It was one of the worst experiences of ordering business cards. After I completed the order, I waited more than a month and did not receive the business cards. I called them and finally someone stated that my order is in Cleveland Ohio ready for pick up. I live in Florida. I gave them my shipping and billing address at my house in Boca Raton Florida. I don't know how I was supposed to pick up my cards in Cleveland Ohio. He told me I had to pay for the shipping $10.50 to get the cards send to me. I had already paid once but I agreed to pay again just to get my cards. He transferred to another individual who stated that they could not make credit card transactions over the phone and I had to go through the automated service to pay the $10.50 shipping cost. I tried the automated service and it did not work. I called back and went through the whole scenario again. I asked for a supervisor and the lady said he authorized her to accept the card on the phone. This is after two hours of waiting and calling and receiving a lot of "apology & Thank you statements." After the transaction was complete I was charged $22.29. I told her that it was supposed to be $10.50 and she did not know anything except more apologies. I told her to cancel the whole thing and I did not want the cards. Two weeks later I received the cards and I was charged additional $22.29 I don't have enough time in my day to fight for this kind of rip off. No thanks to your business. Ordered several square 3" stickers. Stickers arrived very messily cut, with very few squares in the batch. Because of that, they wouldn't fit in my 3.25x3.25 envelopes, and they looked very messy and sloppy. I contacted customer service and provided photo proof, but the customer service agent ghosted me after a week of dragging out the issue. I'll never use 48HourPrint again. read more

48 hour print ... more like 4 to 8 days or now may be more like a couple weeks. Communication is horrible. Pay for shipment to come on a specific date. It not only does not come, it does not even get printed by that date. They never communicate that it is running late, or has not even hit the printer. Nope, nothing wrong with the file, just they have not got around to printing it. Contact them and share your concern, you are wasting 4 to 8 minutes of your time that you will never get back. We have used 48hours a few times, can't say we have not had turnaround time issues, but they have resolved and taken care of the situation. We only use them for items we do not have a deadline for. I use 48hourprint almost 2-3 times a month for my marketing EDDM postcards. The service is "okay" as it's been a hit or miss with production and delivery. MOST times I have an over excess of cards leftover OR I may not have enough cards. Dependent on how fast I get the proofs over, I can get it shipped to me between 3 to 5 days OR if I provide approval of a proof in the evening it can take almost 5 to 10 days until I receive it. One of the reasons why I choose to use them over changing is the price point. read more
