Bridgeport is a small secluded town over 2 hours away from South Lake Tahoe. There are no bail bond company's nearby and none that were willing to make the drive to bail me out. Being in jail is obviously a very stressful and overwhelming experience. I contacted over 15 different companies and while some told me no right away, some gave me false hope and never showed up. Quick release bail bonds did communicate their concerns about the drive. But, after I expressed with them my frustration and loss of hope, Louise assured me that she will do her best to get me out ASAP.
