We place an order with 49er and didn't receive our goods until months later. The company said they were having shipping problems. We paid upfront in advance and ended up having to purchase dog food while we waited for our order to finally arrive. It finally did arrive, and they had the nerve to raise the delivery charge from $5 to $15-- without even telling us! Sure, $10 is a small price to pay....but after waiting months for the order and then tacking on an additional fee (without letting us know)...we won't be purchasing food from them again.. read more
