Even when you go to schedule an appointment they are very rude to you. Then when you see the vet and are trying to convey to them what's going on with your pet, they roll their eyes at you. Very rude staff who tries to upsell you the whole time you are there. They push allergy medications, I ask how much, they never told me just added it to my bill and gave it to me. Tried to sell me like a $200 leg wrap vs the $10 cone. I'm already paying $70 for you to listen to their heartbeat. I don't want to spend anymore on unnecessary items.
