The first time, at least the staff was friendly. This time, the staff was rude, and the smell inside the facility was overwhelming. When I came to pick her up, I almost threw up. It smelled strongly of urine mixed with chlorine. My dog came home smelling the same way and couldn't get enough fresh air once we got outside.
