Reasons to not live here: -they will fine you if you even light sparklers at 4th of July- even though Pasco allows fireworks. - cheaply made homes, dings and dents on everything and they will take your entire deposit fir normal wear and tear.---- they replaced ALL the carpets and ALL the screens in the house. I had 1 screen with a hole in it from my cat and they replaced everyone and claimed pet urine ruined the carpets- no pet was ever in my sons room. -I was charged a $60 fee for emailing the "state of the home form" when I first moved in instead of knowing I was to upload via an app. I talked with Wendy about this and she said it didn't matter- it has to be through the app within 30 days even though this is said nowhere in the move in packet. -MADE me get rid of my sons dog. I have a Dr's note to keep this dog and she said "it's either you or the dog"- I should've fought it but this was my first place all on my own since my divorce and I had worked so hard to get to a place where my son had his own bedroom and we had a yard for the dog. He dug out 1 time and she wanted him gone. No working with me at all. -Wendy will not allow you to see the inside of the actual home you want because of some "insurance" issue. So I moved in NEVER seeing the inside until I had already given her money for a deposit- which is NON-REFUNDABLE. So I was trapped. - this same thing happened to a co-worker of mine. Put a deposit down on a place they could only view through photos. Then they saw inside and hated it. But she wouldn't give the deposit back so instead of losing it they chose a new place to live at a different D&R properties. - This company never had the utilities changed back to their company- I was gone October 13th and it is January and I am responsible for charges. I am a single mom and now have over $600 I have to pay for this company to keep the power on. If a new person would've moved in it would've changed over but no one has and this professional renting company never took on their responsibility to pay their utilities. So now I am paying for them. It's total BS. D&R Investments know what they are doing. They run over 100 properties and the fact the PUD and all utilities were not contacted by them .... I have never dealt with anything like that. I have moved almost 20 times and yes I forgot to cancel the garbage and Gas but the PUD? I shouldn't have to pay this. But I am liable for all of it. So always call the companies cause you may have a horrible property manager by the name of Wendy Greeno with no heart that will do whatever she can to ruin your day and Insure the business she works for has a terrible reputation. Plus I was a good renter. I ALWAYS paid my rent even during Covid. I let other bills go but ALWAYS paid my rent and my place looked beautiful and Wendy Greeno is a person that uses her position at her job to get people when they are most vulnerable. Please do not move into this home, I have been so depressed since living there and losing our dog and my $1500 deposit and now having to pay the bills for over 2 months of heating that empty home. Really makes you lose faith in people.

She cares about her tenants that live here. She does an excellent job. She makes this a very pleasant place to call this your home. Our maintenance man does a great job keeping the grounds clean and when needed maintenance done in my home very efficient and takes pride in taking care of what needs repairing.
