Some lights were NEVER delivered and the ones that were (chandeliers), were missing crystals and or lamps and he said someone on site lost them. My husband helped our electrician to put them up. Why would anyone take crystals from a chandelier? One of them was discounted and NOW we know why. Keith is condescending and rude. We spent over 10k to be treated this way. We paid upfront in full and three of the chandeliers were thrown in a box with zero protection. Trust me I'm doing you a favor. There are so many other respectful place to go for fixtures. I initially called Jeff to check out why our dryer had stopped working. My wife and I thought the…read moredryer had gone out, but once Jeff got into the wall outlet he found that for some reason the wiring had come loose from the outlet. He probably saved us from having a fire in the house. Then, we were just telling him about some other things we were thinking about having done. We were wanting our hall bathroom remodeled and the old cast iron tub taken out and replaced with a walk-in shower. The next thing you know he is tackling that update. Not only did he do the walk-in shower but he also repainted the bathroom. Then he fixed a bad place in the hall ceiling and painted the hall. But, he wasn't done. He then took down the old laundry room cabinets that were installed in the laundry room when the house was built in the mid 1970s. He repainted the laundry room and installed new flooring for it. Also, the air vent for the dryer was through the wall into the garage. He drilled a hole in the laundry room outside wall and vented the dryer to the outside. He also took care of a couple of other minor things that he thought needed to be done. If you need anything, and I mean anything, done around your house don't hesitate to give him a call. His prices are very reasonable and he is just so much fun to talk to. From the first time he walked into our house we immediately liked him.

At the start of a major master bath remodeling, we were sent to Tri Supply in Conroe to pick out…read morebathroom fixtures by our contractor. While the showroom was fantastic and they had lots of choices, the problems we had that our sales rep caused were not handled well. We picked out everything with the Tri Supply sales rep and left. The sales rep emailed us and our contractor the pricing and we had her go ahead and order the majority of the plumbing items, over $3,000 worth. The project progressed and after most of the plumbing and all of the tile work had been finished, the plumber noticed that the parts that we had asked the sales rep to order were not the correct ones and would not work. When we questioned the rep, she said that she remembered what we told her we wanted and she did not know why she had ordered something different! After lots of discussion with the rep, she ordered a new part that would resolve the problem (not what we had originally wanted because that would have required tearing the whole shower out instead of a 4x4 section). She never offered to expedite that part and finally after waiting a week the part came in. In the meantime, the tile installer had to come and tear out the tile that had just been installed. The new part was installed and now the plumber and tile installer are redoing it. The cost for the plumber and tile installer to come back and redo the problem caused by the sales rep should have been covered by Tri Supply, not divided between the homeowner and the contractor. I would never recommend Tri Supply, they obviously don't stand behind their purchases.
