At the start of a major master bath remodeling, we were sent to Tri Supply in Conroe to pick out bathroom fixtures by our contractor. While the showroom was fantastic and they had lots of choices, the problems we had that our sales rep caused were not handled well. We picked out everything with the Tri Supply sales rep and left. The sales rep emailed us and our contractor the pricing and we had her go ahead and order the majority of the plumbing items, over $3,000 worth. The project progressed and after most of the plumbing and all of the tile work had been finished, the plumber noticed that the parts that we had asked the sales rep to order were not the correct ones and would not work. When we questioned the rep, she said that she remembered what we told her we wanted and she did not know why she had ordered something different! After lots of discussion with the rep, she ordered a new part that would resolve the problem (not what we had originally wanted because that would have required tearing the whole shower out instead of a 4x4 section). She never offered to expedite that part and finally after waiting a week the part came in. In the meantime, the tile installer had to come and tear out the tile that had just been installed. The new part was installed and now the plumber and tile installer are redoing it. The cost for the plumber and tile installer to come back and redo the problem caused by the sales rep should have been covered by Tri Supply, not divided between the homeowner and the contractor. I would never recommend Tri Supply, they obviously don't stand behind their purchases. read more

Stopped into check-out Tri Supply as the had moved into their new location and were really floored by the options for us to choose from and the outstanding customer service we received at Tri Supply. Lots of great options and some great people there to guide you to where you want to go. This is also the only place we can find replacement lights for our house when they stop working. Lowes and Home Depot no longer carry these items. When our microwave died, they looked at our last model and knew exactly which ones would fit and had someone come out quickly and install it for us. Yes, we are very happy with Tri Supply and recommend stopping in to see what they have to offer over the other options we have here in Conroe read more

We purchased in excess of $40,000 in appliances which were in advance of a major remodel. Appliances were delivered to Tri-Supply and were held by them until we were ready to have them installed. Took a few months but no problem as we were under construction. So far so good. If this were the end Tri Supply would get 5 Stars. My first issue was the cost to install which was stated verbally during the order process to be considerably less than the amount Tri-Supply actually quoted when we were ready for the install so we used a different installer (Thermador certified) and saved about $2000. My second issue was the new Thermador column freezer kept beeping. It would get cold, then hot then cold then hot over and over. Eventually Tri Supply sent a repair tech (we were not yet in a hurry as we had not moved in) who said the freezer has a defrost cycle daily and if we put frozen food in it the issue would stop. Which we did. (He did not tell us how to get the food frozen beforehand but we used another freezer to do it) With no improvement. Eventually they came back (same tech) who said we must be leaving the door open. Kind of insulting. All the food spoiled, cost us approx $1500. After sending an email to the European headquarters we got Thermador's attention and they scheduled a service call. They did not show up. They rescheduled. They did not show up. They quickly replaced the freezer with a new one. I had to call Tri Supply to tell them they had the replacement in their warehouse. (Thermador informed me with an email) (the new freezer did not beep when empty) This process took about 7 months from the date of installation. No one has agreed to pay for the lost food which was put in the freezer because we were told to do it by the Tri Supply tech who claims he was told that by Thermador. Another issue is the beverage cooler, which was not a Thermador product. The cooler has lots of condensation on the exterior and gets the tile floor wet, depending upon the weather. We have several emails where Tri Supply agreed to replace or refund the cooler, now many months, and it still has not happened. My final issue is with Thermador. The microwave is so loud (and it cannot be reduced) that it is actually offensive. We put tape over the speaker hole which helps but it is still too loud. In Summary, I like the Thermador ovens and range top a lot. I do not like the freezer, refrigerator or Microwave. Wine cooler seems to be working ok. If I had it to do over again I would not buy the freezer, refrigerator or microwave products made by Thermador and I would not buy anything from Tri Supply. I just got an email from Thermador trying to sell us an extended warranty on their products and the freezer warranty includes $300 in spoiled food coverage. Really? You have to pay extra for that? Have you been to the meat market lately.....$300 will buy you two Wagyu Tomahawk steaks if they are on sale. Now most people do not buy Wagyu steaks but neither do they spend $8000 on a freezer. But some of us do and it would be nice to be treated like our purchase is valued by the seller. Once we got Thermador's attention they did pretty good. I cannot say that about Tri Supply. read more

Some ten years ago I was having trouble finding someone that could replace my 18 yr old stove that required something besides just dropping it off and plugging it in. Try-Supply was recommended and I called them. They came out and looked at the situation and said: NO PROBLEM! We picked out an electric stove and they installed it. This past month we had a problem with the stove, out of warranty and they came out and checked the problem. Ordered new parts and put them in and it still wasn't just right; but, they sent the service man back out and identified the issue and fixed it. I was only charged for the first visit and the new parts. They came back two more times at no cost to be sure it was good as new. Not many companies like that any more. If you need appliance service, I highly recommend Tri-Supply in Conroe! read more

i just had the very best experience working with Sean in the lighting department. I was struggling with finding some ceiling light fans that would work in my rec room. He solved my issue easily and with knowledge of electrical issues and knowledge of the brands that I could use for my situation. I have purchased from this store in the past and didn't have an issue but now I am coming up on 4 months waiting for a door. When it was first delivered (2 months late) it was completely messed up and the staff somehow didn't check before delivery. Now I am waiting for a replacement (taking another month when I was told the door initially would be about 3 weeks). I understand tri-supply is just the supplier and not manufacturer so they are at the mercy of the company who makes the product. The problem is every time I call to get an update they respond with they "will call back because their with a customer" or you have to talk to a specific sales rep or the best "that's already been delivered" it's like no one has any knowledge of any orders. I never once have received a call with an order update without me calling at least 2 to 3 times first. From a customer service stand point this is the worst. I would at least appreciate a "we don't have an update from the manufacturer but we will continue checking" courtesy call. So if you are looking for a timely product with good customer service/hassle free- at this point I would not recommend tri supply. read more

I have ordered appliances and doors on 2 separate occasions and not once have they gotten my orders in on time. Two weeks turns into four weeks or longer. So if you're not in a hurry...knock your lights out. If you're like me and want things in a timely manner...don't waste your time. These stores are only as good as their customer service. Many of the products have fixed pricing. Go elsewhere... Terrible customer service. We spent over 13 grand in this store. They sent a brand new dishwasher with NO power cord, hoses, or installation hardware. It was very difficult getting someone to help us find the missing parts. Installation hardware never arrived, which caused a lot of problems down the road because it was installed incorrectly. Try-supply refused to help. They are unorganized, mismanaged, and don't care about their customers after the sale. read more

Hit or miss I'd say.im giving them 4 stars overall because the acknowledged the error and did better this time. That's all you can ask of people. They made a mistake and learned from it. Tri-Supply really did their best to handle a problem caused by the Breezesta patio furniture brand, but in the end the back and forth to get a table that would actually assemble correctly was too much for both of us.
