I had a few ideas of which food I wanted based on their catering menu, but Dan made some great suggestions that I had not thought of. Additionally, he covered all the details that our event venue didn't even mention to me. For example, he asked how I would be playing music and I had no idea. He told me the options provided by the venue and recommended types of music that would be good for this type of event. Note that the venue I used was not associated with his catering company - he was just being nice and helpful. He was also very easy to get in contact with. I have definitely worked with other event-related services that are hard to reach and it is a nightmare, so consider this important aspect if you need your event to go well! The planning aspect of it all went so smoothly and I could not have done it without his help. The evening of the event, caterers were already hard at work by the time I got there. They had set everything up - buffet tables, tablecloths throughout venue, bar with bartender, etc... All I had to do was connect my phone to the Bluetooth for music and start greeting guests when they came in. They seriously made it so easy and I feel like that isn't even their job. Each staff member was friendly and helpful. I could ask them anything and they'd gladly help me find the answer. Not only that, but the FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!!! I wish I had taken pictures but I was too busy with hosting. Everyone I talked to at the event raved about the food choices. We had the following items in the buffet: -Salmon with Ginger Soy Glaze -Stuffed Chicken Breast (Herb Cheese with Balsamic Drizzle) -Broccoli Pancotto -Vegan Summer Pasta -Vegan House Salad -Fresh Breads with Butter -Dessert: Cake Shots -Drinks: Soda, Water, Beer, and Wine In summary, I would strongly recommend Hendri's for anyone who needs a catering service! The coordinator, Charlotte, is an amazingly sweet and good-natured woman. She had all the best intentions, and she made it clear our experience was her top priority. For a fee of only $200 total, Charlotte consulted with me on my wedding day details a handful of times and attended my ceremony rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and spent the entire day helping us to set-up the hall. I'm quite the organized bride, and I walked through all the details of what would be happening / what needed to be done extensively. I'm only providing her three stars because my new husband informs me that our coordinator was (1) late to the venue, and (2) didn't really coordinate anything the day of. He tells me that she was sweet and pleasant, and she took direction well. That's great, but we needed someone who would provide the direction. I.e. We needed a type-A personality to take control, make decisions, and ensure everything ran smoothly. In addition, Charlotte left without saying good bye at some unknown time, which we can only assume was shortly after the ceremony as I never saw her again. My matron-of-honor and my husband did ALL of the actual coordination post-ceremony, and there were quite a few issues to address! The services she provided before the wedding were great, and well worth the money. The day of services, however, need some significant improvement. I strongly feel if Charlotte took the plunge to be a full-time wedding planner, then she would thrive in the field and develop more confidence. I would definitely recommend hiring her for pre-wedding planning. If you want to hire her for day-of-services, then you should spend the extra money and time to hire her to help plan from the beginning. I think the extra time might give her a better foothold on what needs to be done.

We had the unfortunate experience of using these people for a non profit fundraiser. The kids they…read morehad putting our (2) tents together were higher than a kite. And then when they finished, I took these photos to show the ownership the straps weren't even connected, and most of them were broken at that. To no surprise, one of the tents collapsed the day before our event during storms. They did not have parts or a replacement tent. Still charged is for both tents, and blamed us for the storm bringing the one down. Will go out of my way to keep people from dealing with these people. No way these reviews are real. All of the things that Weinhardt provided were high quality and in excellent condition.
