The decor was beautiful that featured my mom favorite colors silver and blue! The food was delicious: roast beef, baked chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn and salad with an open bar. The space was big enough to accommodate the 75 guest that was invited. Parking was plentiful and a good time was had! Oh and the staff boxed the left over food which was greatly appreciated because we were able to serve our out of town guest lunch the next day. I would definitely recommend this place!

The 5 course meal was perfectly portioned to leave comfortably full, and the wine and cocktail pairings were exceptional. For future events, we will definitely be ordering different options between vegan and meat, wine and cocktail, for sharing. Our friends had the vegan option while we had the meat choice, and there were a few of their dishes I would have liked to try. On the other hand, I wouldn't have wanted to give up more than half of any of my courses, they were all so delicious! I forgot to take photos of several of the courses, but the risotto and broccoli were from the vegan option. All of the vegan dishes got huge compliments, but the risotto was resoundingly a favorite. The other 3 pics are from the meat option, and all were amazing! The lamb and pork belly were both melt in your mouth! Of the cocktails, the vanilla old fashioned and lavender spritzer were particular favorites. Last, the service was second to none. The servers were professional and attentive, but we also got a strong feeling of cameraderie amongst the entire crew. I loved that Melissa, Chef, and staff made the rounds for introductions and greetings as time allowed. Such a great energy. I hope for many more opportunities to dine with Chef and Melissa!

Because our guests had a lot of food issues - gluten, nut and dairy it was a real challenge! Stephanie carefully curated a menu that hit all of our requirements. In addition, because we live out of town for most of the year, our decorations, holiday plates and whatnot were quite limited. Stephanie put my fears to rest by assuring me she'd take care of all the details. As the day of the party dawned, we had the place all cleaned up and ready. Stephanie and Mary arrived about an hour before the guests and set to work transforming our little place into a festive, inviting party spot. We had holiday cocktails and mocktails, delicious heavy appetizers and desserts that were out of this world. Stephanie literally thought of everything. Although we went with the burger bar, they do also offer more traditional catering as well -- they have an incredibly expansive menu. They provided us menus and quotes for what we wanted. We wanted a late breakfast/brunch for the bachelorette party. We chose the biscuits with jam, "crack" bacon, scrambled eggs, and country potatoes. At first we thought our selections were too simple, but WE WERE WRONG. The "crack" bacon was the star of the show. It was the best bacon any of us ever had. We still talk about the bacon, and the breakfast as a whole. I would recommend Roberts' Ranch Catering to anyone that wants catering. She was fantastic to work with over the phone, but things got better on the day of the event at the Jewel Box. The food was fantastic and perfectly prepared. The staff working the event were so professional, very nice and extremely accommodating. Darla was by far the best event coordinator I have ever work with. She took care of every detail including the small things that most people wouldn't think could make a difference, but did. She was on top of everything. The other people I spoke to after the wedding said the same thing. A "Big Thanks" to the professional chef on staff that sliced the cakes that I baked. They looked amazing on the plates.
