My boyfriend and I scheduled our appointment for our baby's gender result. The overall experience was amazing! Anna provided us with a wonderful ultrasound session that was held in an intimate environment (low lighting, comfortable seating, and casual conversation). We chose to not know the gender and saved the results for our gender reveal party. She began the session by informing us whether we preferred the screen on or off while she determined the gender. I was thankful she did that because I know one of us would have attempted to peek at the screen! Throughout the session she provided us with friendly conversation and answered any questions we had. At the end of the session, Anna informed us how to retrieve our photos and video. She provided us with two photos inside of the gender reveal envelope and two photos for us to take home along with an email that included an entire video of the session and all of the images that were downloadable. We had a good experience for 4D ultrasound here. Booked a 30 mins session ($119) at 29 weeks and Ana was the ultrasound technician. Since it was Saturday, we were a bit confused since the front door was locked but luckily there was a man from another office who went out and opened the door for us. Ana was friendly and tried to engaged conversations since it was only me and my hubby (we were just a bit quiet because we were amazed by our baby in the huge monitor). The ultrasound room was comfy and big enough to accommodate several people. I was seated in a cushy reclining chair near the machine and the background sound was soothing. Our baby's hand and foot were covering the face at first so Ana tried to make the baby move around. We managed to get a good amount of pictures of the face, foot, gender, etc. At the end of the session, we asked several additional questions regarding the condition that our baby is having. Although we know the session is for pleasure purpose - NOT a medical advice - Ana was able to show and confirm the condition without crossing the boundary of medical advice. Where shall I start.. when we first entered we were greeted soo warmly. Anna is such a thorough professional. She made us so comfortable and then we entered the ultrasound room it was so cozy and inviting. Anna started with the scan and was giving soo many fun facts about the baby and the whole pregnancy. She was soo patient as my baby was being stubborn and was not very cooperative with showing the face. Anna was very patient and did not rush us at all, she tried her best and we got some amazing shots of the baby.. It was such a magical experience and I am soo glad we did it. [Part 2 of 2] Our session was emotional, but not overly dramatic. Joshua was napping (we saw him move his mouth at one point- one of my reviews both put him to sleep and made him swear), and his hands and the umbilical cord were often in the way (this is common). He doesn't have much room to move (my wife's body shape plays a role- as the technician said right away, she's "very small" for 7 months), and the best images are captured when the baby has room (we were actually lucky- maybe she was trying to hide or putting on makeup, but the baby girl who was viewed before Joshua had her arms across her face throughout, and some babies are viewed when there's no room to move whatsoever, and so very few images are taken). Some Tips: It's a good idea to eat right before your appointment (your baby will probably be awake, at least for a short while), or to do some light exercise, such as walking, squatting, or climbing stairs. There are no guarantees, but these tips might help to get your baby in a good position to be viewed. The Reveal: I saw enough to be able to tell that Joshua is a cutie (I got misty-eyed here and there- thinking of the beef jerky that I was going to buy at Costco afterward helped me to regain my composure). He has my wife's chin (this makes her groan, but Joshua's chin is only a little nubby at this point), my nose, and my round cheeks (hopefully he won't blush like me- I light up like Santa Claus when I do, and Rudolph once thought that I was trying to show him up, and we all know how sensitive he is). For the most part, his privates were covered up (Joshua didn't want to make me feel bad), but we found out his sex 2 months ago. We learned on Saturday, though, that he has some hair on his head (I'm not too surprised- we're both hairy in our own way). Our technician was outstanding (our session started immediately, but we never felt rushed). She was friendly, patient, and on the ball (I didn't mind how cute she was either). She even chatted with us before we left and wished us happy holidays. There's a large plush couch in the main room, and the room has a very peaceful vibe (it could also be used to meditate, practice yoga, take a nap, or have sleepy sex). A small air purifier was on, and a larger one was basically next to it. The only thing that slightly distracted me was the instrumental that was playing (it was pleasant, but it was on a loop). I'm not sure if it's 60" or not, but the images are shown on a very large TV screen (for some reason, there's a light green chair to the left of the TV- if sitting that close doesn't make you blind, staring at the chair will), and the devices that I saw being used are truly state of the art (I'm impressed that this business is run with the use of only 2 rooms- there are public restrooms about 15 yards away). Our DVD is nice, but we had problems playing it at first. This has to do with our DVD players, though (they're both old, and it looks like my wife's should be replaced). Viewing the CD shouldn't be an issue if you have a fast computer (of course, you can also go somewhere like Target to print pictures). The CD/DVD jewel cases are standard (cheap), but this is a minor issue (it's a bit hard to close our DVD case). Another minor thing is that you're given your prints in a small envelope (this makes them easy to look at, but also partially exposed, as the envelope can't close). Of course, though, it's easy to transfer them to a photo album or a larger envelope. Our technician was very knowledgeable, but the "ultrasound imaging services [are] for entertainment purposes only." Consult your doctor if you have any medical questions or need "medical diagnostic services" (you can't even schedule an appointment unless you're already "under the care of a healthcare professional"). Despite what the handouts say, you might not see your baby "yawn, stretch, suck on his thumbs, and wave." What you see mainly depends on your baby and how far along you are (of course, I'm talking to pregnant women here, not men who just look like they are). Don't go into your appointment expecting to see too much (I just want people to be realistic). No matter what you see, it's true that going here is a "Once in a Lifetime Opportunity." If you're at all interested, I highly recommend that you schedule an appointment. read more

I scheduled an appt. with Genzo (the owner) about a month in advance. The offer on their website said their grand opening special is only good for the months of September and October, but I wanted to get it done when I was about 28 weeks and that would be this month. So I made the appt. in Oct. and was honored the grand opening special of "the bundle" package for $119, which is originally $159. This place recently opened, so I was skeptical as to how good they were, especially having no reviews on Yelp! I was happy with the package. They gave me 6 color (sepia) 3d ultrasound photos, a CD with all the pictures that were taken during my session, and a DVD of the whole entire session that they basically record from beginning to end, so you'd have already seen the whole thing. It's nice to show family and friends. And you can print, save, and email the pictures on the CD. I came to 4D Miracles because it was the most affordable with the most items in the package. Other places don't even give you the DVD, you have to buy it. They also gave me a free diaper bag full of gifts like formula samples and coupons, brochures, good reads, etc. PROS: -Genzo is really friendly and personable. He answered all my questions. I called them one time to ask if I can reschedule my appointment a day earlier, but no one answered, so I didn't leave a message. He called me back within the hour and said he got a missed call from me, even though I didn't leave a message. On the day of my appt., I was running late, so I left a message asking if I can push it back to half an hour later. Genzo called me right back and said it was ok. -Even though they had some technical difficulty with the TV and finding the output, they extended the session and gave me a little bit more time in the end to make up for it in the beginning. My whole session was almost a good hour! -The free gift bag! -The room is nicely decorated, dim, had very comfortable seating that fit me, my husband, 2 of my cousins, and 2 of my friends! It looked similar to a day spa and I felt like I was at a spa there for a treatment! It was so calm, soothing, and relaxing that I almost wanted to take a nap! There was also soothing music playing in the background, which was the same music that played on the DVD. -The sonographer was really nice, she kept asking me if I was ok or if I needed anything. -The LCD TV on the wall is really big and had good quality. -I had mentioned that I would be the first one to review them on Yelp and I noticed they put 40 pictures on my CD whereas previous customers had less, varying from 11-30. I'm not sure if it had anything to do with the Yelp review I'd be writing, but when I made the appointment, I asked how many pictures would be on the CD and Genzo said however many good quality pictures they can take in the entire session because it varies. He said they're not going to put a set number on the CD, even the bad ones. Which makes sense. Other places give you a set number of pictures per CD depending on the package you choose. -My baby was calm and not really moving around, so I got the same pose over and over again, but it's not their fault! They were, however, able to confirm that I was having a girl as my OB had said! We saw her gender parts and they captured that on the CD as well! -You can't beat the price for the package that you get! It's well worth it! CONS: -They don't specify anywhere (not on Yelp, their website, outside their door, on their pamphlets and business cards, or even on their voicemail) what their hours of operation are! -No one ever answers the phone! You have to leave a message and they are pretty good about calling you back. -The place isn't easy to find! I got lost! It's in this town and country looking plaza and it's in this business building on the corner. You have to park in front of the Women's Outpatient Rehabilitation Center facing State St. and go through the entrance next to WORC. Their suite is on the left right when you come in. Their address says suite 100B, but on the door it only says 100, so I opened the door to ask and they said that was them! -When I got there, I had to pee so bad, but they only have a community bathroom for all the suites in that business building, so they had to give me a key and I had to walk down the hall to use the bathroom. -They have fans in the room to keep it cool, but there was one little fan in front of me that kept blowing cold air on my belly full of ultrasound jelly goop! I got really cold and uncomfortable, so I had my husband turn it off for me! If you are uncomfortable in any way, let them know! -They only have ONE sonographer working there right now! -Even though their website says 7 days a week, they are really only able to do it on weekends because of the 1 sonographer! I wanted to reschedule on a Thursday, but had to keep my Friday appt. because they just can't. My husband works on weekends, so he had to come on his lunch hr. that day! read more

I love this place and if I have any other baby in the future will gladly return here for the ultrasound!! I scheduled and appointment for a Saturday at 6:30 pm (they close the office at 7pm) and instead of rushing the appointment to go home soon, Ana (I think that was her name) took her time to get amazing pictures! The office is REALLY COMFORTABLE and pretty! We felt really welcomed there. After signing up the paper work, we got for FREE a gift bag with some formula and an insulated bag. Even though I plan to breastfeed only that was really nice. Next, we moved to the ultrasound room, furnished with a very comfortable couch and a tv with great resolution to watch our tiny baby moving. The experience was amazing and I really have no complains about it, everything was over my expectations. The quality of the pictures of the best part. Seriously. We went here for our first baby, they are really nice and have a cozy relaxing room. Very professional and friendly. Now we are back 2 years later for our second baby. They give you a really nice baby bag with formula and a couple other goodies for your future newborn baby. I am having a healthy baby boy and he is 28 weeks in the pictures i posted. I did one here earlier when he was about 22 weeks and much less fat on his little muscles. I came here for my pregancy with my daughter. The husband and wife team run the show. The wife is a russian lady as depicted in the other reviews... but she's super nice, not rigid at all. I took all the advice; did my 4d/3d scan at 28 weeks, drank a ton of water so the fluid levels are high for a couple weeks beforehand, and drank a coffee about 30 minutes before the scan. She was awake and going bizerk! lol! We paid for a 30 minute bundle package but because there was no one in there waiting behind us we had a 45+ minute DVD of baby and the screening, and probably somewhere around 80+ pictures on a DVD plus a few pictures they printed on the regular paper for us. We got the free pack of formula and accessories for signing up for that free Similac program (and no I didn't get bombarded with sales stuff; but I did receive coupons for formula for many months afterwards). It was just me & my bf in the room but it was a wonderful experience, and I was warm n comfy the whole time on a fluffy blanketed chaise lounge. My bf sat in a couch to the left of me and we watched our daughter on the big screen tv. My bf was so comfortable he almost fell asleep. lol. I always reccomend this place to friends. It's the best price for the package, even though it is kind of out of the way for me in the peninsula and it's hard to find. But it's the best deal -- I highly reccomend it!! :) read more

First of all this was an amazing opportunity to capture our baby boy in my womb (29wks). The staff was wonderful and very easy to work with over the phone and in person. Our baby was sleeping most of the time so it took awhile to capture the images of his face but we eventually got it. the tech was very patient with me. I had a fabulous experience and highly recommend 4d miracles to any expecting parents. Also, the office is located in a two story business type building at the end of state street. just drive past a town & country looking type of plaza and then you will see the only two story building on the left side. We got a Saturday afternoon appointment made in the same week, and I was asked to call when we got there because the building will be closed. But when we called we got the "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number" message each time. After 5 minutes going around my husband followed somebody in through the front door :D and their office is just the first office near the front door. We told the owner that the phone number is not working, but he tried calling from another phone and it was fine, so we really don't know what's going on. So I guess a tip for future visitors is to just wait in front of the front door if you cant get in. They were finishing up a session with another couple, but we probably only had to wait another 5 minutes. I didn't really check the time, but I think our session lasted about 20 minutes. The staffs were really friendly . I know other people got up to 30 mins of the DVD recording but we're satisfied with what we got and the baby was pretty much sleeping not moving much, so we were getting lots of the same pictures anyways. For $119 (the yelp special Bundle package) we left with more than 100 pictures of our baby on a CD, about 15 mins of DVD recording, 8 color photos, and 2 bags of freebies from Similac. Like others here I also did my homework and did comparison shopping, so I knew their pricing is very competitive, plus all these 4-5 stars reviews on yelp helped me decide to choose them. This place is amazing. Anna helped us out through out our appointment and everything went smoothly. During my pregnancy journey, my boyfriend wasn't able to come with me to any of my appointments due to COVID so he wasn't able to see live ultrasounds or heartbeats with me. It has been hard but luckily we booked with 4D Miracles and he was able to see everything he needed. Anna was able to work with our babygirl even though she kept hiding her face with her foot and hand, she was able to work her way around it and got some great pictures of her. The service and environment was very relaxing and peaceful. I wish all of my doctors appointments could live up to these expectations. With my partner not being able to go to my appointments due to COVID-19, it was so nice that he was able to be there for this moment. The technician, Anna, was amazing! I was 31 weeks at the time so it was a bit challenging to get images of our baby girl as her hands and feet were crowding her face... Not lots of wiggle room in there! I suggest going earlier on in your pregnancy so that baby has more room to move around and it may be easier to get the images you want. However, Anna was extremely patient with her and made me feel reassured even though it took some time to get good images. The ultrasound tech I believe Anna was her name definitely had a smart attitude no doubt from the beginning and throughout. We told her we didn't want to know the gender. She ruined it 2 ways! : First, she says "HIS" while she is looking at the baby on her screen only. You had ONE job SMH. Like that's literally what you do all day. How can you mess up? Secondly: The envelope in which she was wrote "Surprise it's a..." WAS IN BLUE. Are you serious? And not just a regular blue. BABY blue. We went to our "gender reveal" that same day knowing the gender because of her. Also, the envelope wasn't even placed inside the pocket folder that they give you , it fell out. So not like i went searching for the envelope in the folder. Overall, I will tell all pregnant moms to stay away from this place. I will go out my way and make sure they know about this place. Won't forget! 0 stars!!! ATTENTION! For the reply back from the business owner. (not Anna) you weren't even in the room so you cannot say anything. Very professional and he made me feel welcome and asked if there were any concerns or questions that I should let them know, which made me feel very comfortable already looking forward for the appointment. Came in at 25 weeks into pregnancy, with my husband and two daughters (8yr old and we were greeted by the owner I believe, I forget his name but I know he was the one on the emails. We went in on a Saturday, so be sure when you get there, give them a ring. He has said they keep it lock on the weekends. Very nice and small, very clean space. Filled out couple forms and was seen right after. Btw we got the general package, $69 not bad for a gender reveal. The room where the ultra sound took place was nice and dim, feel right at home. Very comfortable. The tech lady who did the scanning was real sweet. Baby was not moving too much. So she did her best to wake it up, pushing on areas, and had me turn on my side so that she can see it's private. Taking her time, I didn't feel rushed at all. I went in thinking it'll be a quick 15 min session but it seem like we were in there for at least more than half an hr. We left with 3 print outs and 2 CD-ROM of the images and DVD of the whole Ultrasound. Also a small gift which was pretty sweet. Also we got to hear it's heart beat. First off let me say Anna is amazing !!! She made me feel completely comfortable as soon as I walked in! She explained what my husband and I would see during our appointment! She put the gender confirmation picture in a separate envelope just as we requested! My baby was being a little shy, but towards the end we were able to get some nice face images!
