I'm almost 28 weeks pregnant and I took advantage of a 4th of July special I saw on their Facebook page. The location was easy to find and the owner was very friendly. The inside is nicely decorated. My technician took more time than I was allotted to try to get a good picture of my baby. My baby just was not in the mood for pictures today. Lol! Even though my baby was stubborn, I had a good experience and I'd come back to try for another peek before I deliver. You should give this business a try!

All I could do, when they'd let me, was watch on my phone, which is just not the same as being there in person. So when my wife got this for me for a late Christmas present, I was thrilled. We came in late one Saturday afternoon after booking an appointment. Everything was still COVID safe. We got the 4D package which included the video of everything and a CD with 100+ images of our baby girl as well as 3 printed images. I was so happy to finally see our baby girl in person and am very thankful that I got to experience this moment. The tech is just amazing, and the staff were very kind. I'd definitely recommend this to any expectant families out there who have missed out on this experience like I have. Its very affordable and just a great experience.

He "redeemed" the gift when I was around 32 weeks... the perfect timing apparently ( they're big enough but not too big to be scrunched up). I had passed this place many times, and knew it was close to our house in downtown Trussville. The experience was amazing... the picture details are amazing! And they really do work with you to try to get baby to react if baby is feeling shy... we played music for baby and she perked right up! He refers to everyone as "buddy." I've been seeing Dr. Morgan for 2 years now. During my first visit, an emergency C session came up and he had to leave. Later that day, he personally called me at around 7pm and pretty much offered me a telehealth consult, which was very impressive for me because usually doctors don't contact their patients after office hours if its non-emergent. For this reason, i decided to stick to seeing him. He definitely cares about his patients!

She appears to be an advocate for more equitable treatment for women of color in healthcare so I had to try her for myself. I decided to have a well woman exam with her. I actually drove by her office when I was trying to find it, but I was able to turn around relatively quickly and find her building. It's a brick building on the corner. Check in was okay. The front desk receptionist seemed confused on whether I had a copay or not, but I believe she was still training so I could understand that. Now, Dr. Skanes was not a "fluffy" doctor, but she seems knowledgeable, which is more important to me. I do feel she warmed up more as our visit continued. I will continue to use her for my women's health needs.

My fiancé got an email that he had an appointment at 8:30am this morning. He has been going to BGA for years. When he checked in, the self check in system didn't recognize him, & he went to the front desk where he was told he didn't have an appointment. The system didn't even recognize him as a patient. Once he produced the email, then he was told that another email was supposed to have gone out to cancel his appointment. He didn't get this email, or any kind of call or communications letting him know his appointment was canceled. He had to take off work to attend this appointment. My advice if you use this office is to call & double check to see if you even have an appointment because they do not have good systems in place to let you know an appointment is canceled & your time will be wasted!
