I came…read morehere first for a gynecology appointment about a year ago, and they helped me navigate a series of reproductive problems I've experience since I was a teen. And then when I found out I was pregnant, and I started going more regularly for OB visits, I knew I'd made the right choice of doctors. The doctors and ultrasound tech (who operates right in the office) detected a rare complication I have, and even when they were 100% right about what they saw, they didn't hesitate to refer me to a high risk specialist for a second opinion, which makes me feel very comfortable and confident. They take the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything I need to know to feel comfortable about my complication and the health of my baby. I appreciate the quality time they spend with me at each appointment and the fact that they make me feel like I'm HEARD, which is so important after years of other doctors dismissing my women's health problems. Additionally, the office is clean and comfortable, and very quiet and zen. It is managed efficiently by kind and helpful staff, and I am never seen late for an appointment, EVER. It's also close to the turnpike exit, so it's convenient to get there. My pregnancy journey has been very enjoyable, thanks to this office. I look forward to the delivery experience with Drs. Bedell, and continuing my care there for years to come.

I completed an online inquiry form and was called right away the following day. I had a chance to do a free phone consult first with Dr. Luly and discuss my questions and figure out if I wanted to move forward with a consult. I could get in for an appointment very quickly and Dr. Luly was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to assess my symptoms in detail and give me concrete direction on a PT plan. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and so glad I found Freya through my doctor's office. I feel I'm going into delivery and postpartum so much more prepared. As far as office and location, the office itself is very clean and organized and the building is not so hard to find -they also gave me good directions. Parking was $4/hr in the building which isn't bad but the parking structure is somewhat tight. I recommend street parking if you can find a spot. Overall, really great experience! If you can get to them sooner in your pregnancy journey, even better! Highly recommend.

I was a second patient in line and waited about 10 minutes. They took my insurance card and my ID. As one of the staff entered my information, they asked me to facetime with one of the agents. She asked me a few questions, and it was my time. The staff administered the test. I asked them to do both antigen and PCR. They told me to wait for 20 minutes or so. Otherwise, they said they would send the results by email. I went to their location around 11 am, and I got the result for antigen a little past 11 pm. The staff is friendly, and they take walk-ins. But I was hoping to receive my antigen result faster. If you need a result right away, I suggest you wait there or go to other companies. By the way, there are no places to sit. I guess you can park the car and sit inside?
