They are the sweetest couple and literally had smiles on their face the whole time while working in super hot rooms! They answered every question and even gave us more information that we needed and didn't think to ask. They worked well with our insurance and helped us know what was covered and immensely made that process easier. They were very efficient and curteous. They worked around our crazy schedules and always wore shoe covers and never brought any smells or dirt in with them (they definately aren't smokers which is a huge plus for me). Their time estimations were super accurate as well. They boxed everything in our rooms up and moved it to the garage for us and constantly checked it to see how it was doing. They even left some protective coverings after they were done for us to keep stuff safe for the next stage. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

At that rate, I should have been able to bring SMALL concerns to you and those be addressed- I am paying for a service. Not to pay for your people to feel good. I'm so sorry that you and your team are unable to take constructive criticism when your clients are paying for a service, but that is what your company is supposed to do. So again, please don't try to make your clients look bad because you and your company have fallen short. And I will take all the time I need to ensure other potential customers do not get treated with the disrespect you have shown. Also, enlisting your friends to speak about my home and bash me publicly is absolutely disgusting. You should know that speaking about your clients home to your friends is SO UNACCEPTABLE. And lastly, you provided me a credit once because your cleaning person did not show up for my service. Not because she missed something, so again please stop being such a dishonest business owner because I have the message for that day as well. I have been using this company for about 6-8 months now and I asked some simple questions regarding the cleaning supplies, mold in my shower, dust in areas and cob webs. And instead of discussing these issues the owner took it upon themselves to stop services without discussion. When I asked why she didn't have a discussion she just "wished me luck." So, if you want to pay more money to get less done and have to just be happy with the outcome this is the place for you. Otherwise I urge you to use a better service and not waste your time or money with these people. At $300 a month for only the lower level of my house I should be able to ask simple questions about cleaning without an unprofessional and terribly non client centered response of "we will stop services and good luck to you."

They came to assess my AC that is only five years old, they told me the refrigerant was…read moreleaking, they told me the control board and ECM motor were both broken on my furnace, so I needed to replace the furnace and AC. Got a second opinion from another company and it turns out the only thing that needed to be replaced was the ECM motor, nothing else was actually broken. No need to replace the furnace at this time. They quoted me 17k for all new units. Outrageous. Replaced just the ECM motor and it was $1500 with an honest company. Pretty sure because I'm a woman that seems like she wouldn't know what they're doing they tried to take advantage of the situation.
