Shortly after the roof was installed we began noticing dips, waves, and lines all across the roof. These areas of concern were not present on the roof prior to being replaced. After a month of communication, we first received a visit from a crew. During the crew visit they attempted to replace an area of the roof that was wavy, only to have it look even worse afterwards. This visit was then followed up by a visit from Ryan a few weeks later due to scheduling conflicts on his end and our end. During the visit from Ryan, he stated that the OSB had popped and was unlevel and contributing to the issues we were seeing. Ryan was unsure of how to proceed and agreed to have the owner, Harold come out to see for himself. A few weeks later we were able to receive a visit from Harold (the owner) and his son-in-law (Ryan). Upon arriving Harold walked the roof and attic and then came down and said "well, tell me what your concern with this roof is because you don't have a problem." As we tried to discuss our concerns with Harold, it became extremely apparent Harold's mediation efforts were severely lacking. It was astonishing to witness that after 35+ years in business Harold was unable to have a civil mediation conversation. Harold's mediation, arbitration, and consumer resolution skills are more representative of a 2nd grade school yard bully. He plays the alpha male card by steamrolling any and all ideas, being the loudest person in the conversation, attacks the customer through attrition via repeating the same thing over and over and over again, and insults the customers intelligence by saying they are illogical and have no idea what they are talking about. Moreover, when you point out this behavior in him he merely deflects and says you are doing the same thing. Even worse, he is not just this way to his customers. He was also disrespectful to his own son-in-law Ryan, who attempted to present his own ideas to help problem solve our concerns. He cut Ryan off multiple times, dismissed his ideas, and continued to talk over him and us. If Harold is willing to treat his own family in such an abhorrent manner, how much more so can he do to us, the customers. I do not believe Harold cares about their customers or making things right. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof while under the management of Harold. Even worse, was no resolution, despite our contract stating "All work performed by Alpha is guaranteed to complete satisfaction. 1 year workmanship, 30 years on material". This job was not done to our complete satisfaction, and there is no honor in a contract with Harold. Customer beware: it's Harold's way or the HIGHWAY! ****Christian Disclaimer**** Harold claims to be a believer in Christ, but most certainly does not exhibit love for the Christian brethren, or any fruits of the Spirit. He is quick to anger (Col 3:8), prideful (1 John 2:16, Mark 7:20-23), and is not a peacemaker (Matt 5:9). Not honoring his contract also makes him a liar.

I'm just going to say it.  This guy is great!  Vasyl of Twin Pro Services, I mean.  Initially, I…read morewas looking to have an old worn out swinging single door gate replaced with a swinging double door gate, which allows entry to my backyard.  When I reviewed Vasyl's profile, I took note that 96% of his reviews were 5 stars. The only less than favorable one involved a claim that he never followed up in providing them with a requested estimate - small potatoes.  So, given that his reviews regarding fence and gate repairs were glowing, I moved forward with him. And given that nearly everyone sang his praises, I even decided to pitch an additional job which would require him to pour new concrete to widen the preexisting concrete walkway from my front to backyard. This would also compensate for a wider opening of a soon to be installed double door gate. Vasyl accepted the challenge and gave quite the competitive quote. He showed up when he said he would, and got the job done in a timely manner.  He was very detail oriented and even took the time to restore a storm drain with grate that had been buried underneath the soil to incorporate it into the concrete.  He could've just poured the concrete over it and I might've been none the wiser, but he made me aware of the issue and how he rectified it after he completed the job. That's called integrity! Now ordinarily, it's good practice to provide notification prior to performing any additional work, but there was no upcharge other than the tip that I gave him for the added effort and I'm okay with that. He addressed all my concerns, including one that occurred after the new concrete cured. I noticed that the surface texture was a bit rough compared to the preexisting concrete walkway that it bordered. Given that I was looking for consistency, I notified Vasyl of the discrepancy and he came back out, later in the week, to grind the surface of the newly cured concrete into a smoother finish. And I must admit, it looks great. In fact, everything, from the double door fence gate installation to the concrete, looks amazing! A bonus for me was that every communication and transaction between Vasyl and I was via text or email, which added a certain level of convenience.  And I have no doubt that it would do the same for most with a busy schedule. Vasyl appears to be a jack of all trades and is very easy to work with. He's an excellent handyman, but I would also recommend him for your general contracting needs, specifically as it pertains to fencing and concrete.  Thanks, Vasyl!
