Our water heater leaked overnight and we woke up to multiple flooded rooms. I started making a research and also called some friends who would know about who to work with best around in here without knowing how bad the damage was. I called Bob Chambers Express Restoration who was recommended by a friend and who had great reviews online. Bob and his crew arrived on time, he immediately started checking walls, carpet, pad, baseboards, mold, etc. After checking moisture levels and seeing the damage, he gave an honest opinion that what would be the best for our situation if we should claim to to the insurance or shouldn't depending on the cost of restoration and cost of our deductible. He also provided guidance and knowledge on cleanup and how to repair everything that was wet. We decided to claim insurance due to work was gonna be big. They showed up soon with all the fans, dehumidifiers and all sorts of advanced commercial tools to help speed the drying process and described the whole process step by step before they proceed the whole process. He also checked a leaky shower, which has caused mold in an interior wall and advised on a fix for that issue as well. They quickly took care of the flood, replaced what needed to be replaced, fixed anything could cause mold or any other issues due to flood and also made everything look great and useful again. These guys are very professional, very well knowledged and they are not after the money, they are after your trust, your satisfaction and future references. It was a horrible time and all I wanted was someone who would be forthcoming, honest, and trustworthy and Express Restoration surpassed those needs. Bob the owner of Express Restoration responded immediately to an after-hours call to deal with a major water leak in our upstairs bathroom. He and his crew worked quickly and professionally to identify the extent of the water seepage under the bathroom cabinetry, in the walls, and in the space between the bathroom floor and downstairs ceiling. They were very careful to cause as little damage as possible when installing the tubes that blew hot air into these spaces to dry them. They very cleverly removed a can light from the first-floor ceiling under the bathroom and used that hole for the large plastic tube that blew hot drying air into the space under the second-floor bathroom. This avoided having to drill holes into the ceiling. They did drill holes for drying tubes under the bathroom cabinetry near the floor but did it in such a way that they were not visible, and are still not visible unless you get down on the floor on your back with a flashlight and look under the lip of the bathroom vanity. Bob kept us informed of what he and his crew were doing throughout the process, and not only answered all of our questions, but seemed to welcome them. His crew was very courteous and helpful. The whole process took five days. At the end, his crew packed up and removed their equipment quickly, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Three months later, no sign or smell of any mildew or mold, and no sign in the woodwork or drywall that Express Restoration had even been here. P.S. When water started pouring out of my recessed lights in my LRm in late February, I had no idea what was happening. I ran to my neighbor's house and he came to turn off the main water valve. I had ceiling sprinklers and the pipe in the attic that supplied the water cracked during the freeze flooding my house. A friend found Express Restoration on Google who advertised 24/7 which is exactly what we needed because it was already 6:00 PM! They arrived within 45 min with very large drying fans and some that pulled the water out of the area rugs all over the house. At 1105pm Saturday September 21 I walked into my master bedroom closet to put away laundry and the carpet was soaking wet under my feet. In a panic I called Express Restoration in Edmond. Bob Chambers answered the phone from a sound sleep. After asking me a few questions about where the water might be coming from he determined it was from my A/C unit which shares a wall with my closet. He advised me to turn off the A/C unit which can produce 20 to 30 gallons of water per day. Bob was at my home the next morning, pulled out the carpet and pad which was dripping wet. He treated the floor and walls with antibacterial agents to prevent mold. He brought commercial grade dryers/blowers and dehumidifiers and started the drying out process. The units ran 24 hours a day for 9 days. I am thrilled to report I have no mold or damage to my walls. When we had an unexpected slab leak that we found on Labor Day evening, we were frantically searching for some help. On the first ring, Bob picked up the phone and began to help us plan how to address this situation. His crew came over the following morning, set up HEPA filters, fans, etc and blocked off the affected rooms. Throughout the process of packing the items, moving, tear-out of the water damaged areas, and moving items back in, his crew were courteous, professional and treated our items and house as if it were their own. We've had water in one of our floor vents for about a month. It's been a nightmare, including five service calls - plumbers, HVAC, you name it. No one has been able to pinpoint what is causing the issue. So I called Bob at Express Restoration and, instead of charging for another service call, he provided me logical reasons and steps to troubleshoot the issue on my own over the phone. We had a pipe burst in March of this year, and water went out through a home. We contacted some friends who told us to reach out in the first place. We called was express restoration inc. Bob didn't hesitate he came immediately. Um told us if we chose to though at his company, he'd have someone there the next day to begin the process. Which he did then after that, he continued to guide us as they had to come in. And tear things out and let's do some drywall, and all sorts of things to get the home back in repair, it did take a while, but Bob held up to his end of the deal, and as of this month, after many weeks of dealing with the adjusters, threw no fault of his own. Words can't express what a great job Bob and his crew did. Let me explain, I was late getting home and come to find out my water heater burst and flooded my basement with around 2 feet of water. I had a pinhole leak behind my refrigerator, in the pipe that feeds my icemaker. Unfortunately because it was all in the wall it was about a week before I caught it. I called the plumber out and he fixed it right away. He recommended that I call express restoration to get on it immediately so that I didn't have mold damage. I called and someone came out right away. He was able to detect moisture in the walls, and sent out a team. They put a industrial size fan and a dehumidifier on it for several days.
