Super frustrated with 4imprint. I was told my product was going to arrive on a specific date, then when I got the proof they told me a different date which would not work for me. I spoke with the rep and called their customer support team who assured me that they would arrive on time. Today got an email that says they wont arrive and now are completely unusable. Exceptional Customer Service, Wide Variety of Products to choose from (definitely take note of customer reviews on their products as they are pretty accurate). I am a Graphic Designer for a Real Estate Development company out of Miami, Florida and we often use 4imprint for corporate materials, giveaways, materials for our apartment tenants, etc. We have ordered everything from backpacks (great quality and they embroidered our logo on the front - exceptional), embroidered beach blankets for a tenant appreciation giveaway (these were a hit! I use mine every time we go to the beach), hats and t-shirts for our corporate run with screen printed logos (these looked amazing), and so on! Of all our orders we have only experienced issues with one, but their customer service is on point! We ordered bamboo keychains with a metal plate for our new apartment tenants and when they arrived there was some discoloration from the heat of the laser etching. We reached out to one of their customer care reps, Austin Weyers, and he provided us with our options to have them reprinted and shipped free of charge, discounted rate or a full refund. We selected to have them reprinted. When they new ones arrived we noticed they had the same quality issue. Austin advised it could be the quality of the product or the thickness of our logo impacted the coloration due to the heat. When we contacted them again to get a refund, his colleague, Michael Leet, filled in for him and provided us with a full refund for both orders! Although we experienced product quality issues with this order, we are now aware that we need to make selections of products more carefully, but if there is an issue their customer care team will make it right! We've ordered a few times from 4imprint and are always satisfied. Our most recent experience made us loyal customers. We ordered custom baseball hats with embroidery on the front and back. When they arrived, only the front embroidery was done. Looked great, but we had paid extra for the embroidery on the back, so we contacted their customer service. They responded quickly, requesting photos, which we sent right away. They responded by letting us know a new shipment would be sent out for free. Their website is simple to navigate, easy to specify products, simple uploading graphic, problem free finishing order. Throughout the process I dealt directly with a designer who explained what was possible, and a front-line contact who facilitated my order -- and dealt with my delays caused by having to deal with a committee over design approval. Can I just start by saying no online company will give you the customer service that a local mom and pop promotional product company will. If you love shopping on a website - they have them too. Here's the reason for the 2 star review. I don't have time to track jobs, confirm products arrive on time and in good condition. All products can have production errors or shipping damage. However no one will do more to protect you than someone you have a Relationship with. When something goes wrong do you want to call someone sitting in a call center or get the personal attention from someone who will recommend the right product, the best imprint method for your project or make sure your art files are correct? That person is your LOCAL distributor. I am willing to spend 10- 15% more. Why? Because my time is better spent on growing my business instead of making up for lack to attention by a foreign owned online company to take care of my orders. I am no body to them. Worst company I have ever dealt with without a doubt. I needed 350 tape measures within 2 to 3 weeks. It is now almost 2 weeks and the tape measures have not even been printed. I have been taken in circles and connected to people who assured me the tape measures would be quickly printed and shipped the next day - only to find out the person did absolutely nothing and didn't even make notes on my account. This place has been beyond frustrating to work with! Let's talk about the 6 times we had to go over artwork. The artists aren't even able to vectorize your images you send, instead they remake them. I had to send them the fonts I used in my logo so that they could finally get it right, and they still messed up with spelling. After they finally got my font, social media decals and spelling correct (6 artwork submissions later), Cassie, my representative assigned to me by 4Imprint let me know that they SOLD OUT of the bags I ordered less than a week ago and my order wouldn't be ready until December. Maybe if they hadn't gave me the run around with trying to change my logo this wouldn't have happened. Save you're self the headache and find another company to deal with. read more

I've ordered several times from 4Imprint with no issues, but when I placed my last order, the customer service experience was AWFUL. Customer service rep Angie gave me an estimated delivery date, asked me if to confirm it, and then when I confirmed she never got back to me. I contacted her and the company again three different times asking when my order would arrive before I FINALLY got a reply, after the supposed delivery date. And guess what? They hadn't even sent my order to production. I kept asking them to expedite the order since the delay was their fault, and they completely ignored my request, never even mentioning that it was late, etc. When I finally got a delivery estimate, close to 2 weeks after the original, I sent a more direct message asking them to make it right by rushing the order (for the 3rd or 4th time...). They never as much as acknowledged that there was a problem, or told me if they would rush the order or not. It did end up getting sent with overnight shipping, so at least they did that, but I am pretty disappointed over the fact that they NEVER even acknowledged what I was asking or that they had made a mistake. And they didn't tell me they had upgraded the shipping. If one of my employees treated a customer the way I was treated, I'd seriously consider finding a replacement employee. If I can find a more caring company with comparable prices to do business with in the future, I will be sending my business elsewhere. read more

I ordered 150 can coolers and when they arrived, they all had the safety lines printed on them that 4imprint placed onto my design proof. In addition, the quality of the print is just awful and I made sure to send in high-quality artwork. I have reached out to them on a few occasions trying to get this resolved and have had no response back, so they obviously do not value their customers. I ordered some custom shirts for our big trade show of the year and paid for expedited delivery so that we would have them in time. Did not happen. I was not contacted to inform me that they would not make the delivery date. The date came and went without a word from 4imprint. Ordered the 12x12 golf towels for several events... most of them were damaged with a line of extra glue and/or ink where the edge of the press landed above our company logo. Some grommets were missing on others, but overall, pretty embarrassing to give out. Customer service offered 50% refund, but haven't seen it. 3 weeks later was told accounting was behind. 7 weeks later, no response to additional inquiries.
