Preface- I live in KY, but am from WI I wanted a shirt printed, but did not have an actual design finalized because I am not an artist (wanted it to say Purebred Cheesehead, with some form or a Cheesehead image on it) and wanted it on a specific cut of shirt (a V-neck). I had looked as a couple local places to me here in KY but hadn't made any decision because all they offered was crew neck unless you brought in your own purchase shirt. So I posted on social media about wanting this and a bunch of friends (in and out of WI and KY) that said they wanted one too. A friend, who does graphic design, offered to help with the design and hooked me up with all the information for Mountain Promotions. They had almost too many choice for cut of shirt, but I was able to find the style we wanted in unisex and woman's, got all the order information together and placed the initial order for a full estimate, which matched what was expected. After a hiccup on the invoice, which was easily corrected before they did any printing, everything was printed and shipped speedily. They were very accommodating with shipping, they were able to ship the shirts to each person on my order as we were scattered instead of shipping everything to me to then ship again to a bunch of other places. I don't know if this was a typical customer experience or not as a friend of mine hooked me up with Mountain Promotions, but all around they were very professional, polite, and delivered a quality product in a timely manner.

I had made a shirt design for shirts that I was going to sell to students at my high school in memory of three of my friends who were lost in a bad car accident just a few days before. It all started when I emailed them to inquire about pricing and was told the prices for the types of shirts I wanted. I told everyone at my school the prices that I was going to sell them at. Then I received a call telling me that the prices were going to be higher. I went in to talk to the manager about why the prices went up, because they told me one price and then turned around and bumped the prices up and failed to tell me before that. FYI I heard that they also have done this to other people. So when I went in to talk to the manager of the company he came out and when I told me my issues he called me a liar and began yelling and swearing at me for trying to talk to him about his mistake. It almost brought me to tears because I was so embarrassed. I told them that this is the last time I would use there business and the manager flat out told me "That's fine by me, you don't have to." In my belief and how I was taught, you should never yell at a customer let alone swear at them. Yeah their prices may be low but watch out they like to tell you the wrong prices! They definitely get a bad rating in my book, and from now on I will tell everyone that I talk to, to STAY AWAY!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever received. I walked in to see about getting embroidery done on a…read morejacket for my dad. The middle aged woman with brown hair and glasses working the front desk didn't even bother to greet me. Then I asked her if it would be possible to get my dad's nickname embroidered on his jacket. Her first comment to me was " it has to be laundered " I told her my mom washed it and yes there was some cat hair because we have pets but its clean. She didn't even bothered to write down what I wanted done to the jacket and said to me "it isn't clean I see a mark here and I can smell it already." She was so unbelievably snotty and rude in her tone to me. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and be sure to let everyone know how rude the woman working the front desk is. I went to a different company in Ashwaubenon after I left Global Recognition and that woman took the jacket right away and was very friendly and never even questioned anything about the jacket which was washed.
