He listened to my situation and made a suggestion that I have him put in an already rebuilt tranny by a nationwide company so if warranty needed I could get it replaced from my home out of state. He planned to put it in within two days as the rebuilt tranny was in Omaha and could be delivered right away.(Impressive!) The rebuilder sent the wrong tranny and Ron immediately informed me and then worked hard and fast to resolve the situation. The same day he got the right tranny he and his brother put it in. I have attempted to call multiple times again with no one answering the phone a little confused as to why Ron is not responding back to me. My mechanic told me that this should be covered under the warranty that Ron provided with getting our Transmission changed which ways a lot of $$$$ Ron seemed like a really nice guy and I really appreciated him getting my van done right away, However, I'm really confused as to why he's not addressing this issue that I'm having now I hope he sees my review and gives me a call ASAP
