The owner who did the sale has not been back to the house, and refuses to talk to my parents. His workers has been out a couple times but not every time my parents call to complain. They have a log home, so water leaking onto the house will eventually destroy the house. It has not been 5 years, and they don't have the money to just go to another company to have it repaired and that would void the warranty that Brown's gave. Including front and rear porch.""All was removed except- pieces of felt, shinglesand nails left on the ground"" 2. Installation of felt paper on roof. ""(( installed ))"" 3. Installation of 35 year dimensional shingles on roof.""(( installed--but the edges were not cleanly cut and looked very sloppy, had to call them to come out and fix it. ))"" 4. Re-work all step and chimney flashing on roof.""((done--removed a loose brick on my chiminey and did not put it back. ))"" 5. Installation of new box vents on roof.""(( installed ))"" 6. Nobody answers the phone when you call and they did not show up when they promised several times. they had excuses like their kid got into some trouble and natural disasters like high winds came to our area so they had to go take care of new customers. i understand those people that had their roofs torn off needed help but at least send one guy to finish the job, call back and let your existing customers know that you are at least trying to send someone and above all, do what you say you're gonna do. I took it upon myself to deduct the bill $25 each time they said they were gonna show up and didn't.

There was a $50 rebate for returning the used part but he didn't leave the part & I'd need receipt (so he was planning on keeping that too). Last, repair wasn't done, wasn't done correctly, or sabotaged due to issues with his fee. Also he lost my address & didn't show up the 1st time, then came 1.5 hrs late the 2nd time, which ruined my plans for the evening. This guy is a thief! My rating would be zero or negative if possible since I'm out almost $1,000 at this point.

If they want to argue about it with someone who has been in the roofing and insurance business for over 10 years with my roofing business back home we can take these claims to subrogation and court and have engineers take a look at all these "wind damaged" shingles. Try me. Trust me 40-56 mph winds will not do these types of damages where your shingle is rated for 50-60 mph winds and architectural shingles rated for 75+mph winds Im from Texas and have been in the area visiting and have friends here that have told me to take a look at their roofs after these guys from American Home Tech have inspected their roofs. These guys can't even look at me in the face when I'm talking about it on the roof. One of the guys admitted to me and stated that's why he wants to become an adjuster and do right instead of wrong because of their "standards". These are man made creased back shingles!! If they are committing damages to your roof why would you trust them? These contractors are salesman at the end of the day and if theres no work of course they're going to create damage and say your roof is completely damaged because they know you won't get on the roof! Don't be such a fool! I will be buying more chalk because I didn't expect to see this. I will be posting more photos of fraud damages once I inspect what they are claiming "wind damage" on my other friend's homes. And from what I've seen they are all the same just on different roofs. It's obvious when you have a person know what they are looking at.
