This is the second time we have used Jent for our roofing needs, and they have always been punctual, accurate with estimate, and absolutely fantastic in work quality and problem solving. This latest work was finishing a Palram corrugated polycarbonate roofing installation over our deck that I had started but that I was unable to finish. Adam was on time, assessed the situation, and started to work immediately. He had the corrugated roof finished in about 3 1/2 hours and was then able to remove some over the air TV antennas and a satellite dish that were no longer of any use in a half hour. Everything was done at a very fair price! Adam was very efficient, exacting, made great suggestions, and was very personable. We would highly recommend Jent and Adam!!! read more

I had them build my house and they got it finished within their provided time frame with room to spare! If I had to describe this company in 3 words or less, the words I'd choose would be prominent, authentic, and diligent. Jent construction knocked it out of the park after I told them what I had in mind. They truly helped my wife and I build our dream deck. I left a review with the BBB and the very next day Jent called to threaten me. If I didn't take the review down So beware Don't waste your time or money like I did. Purchased a home in June 2018, on which Jent had JUST replaced the roof from wind damage. As new buyers we even picked out the color as it was being installed during the sale. Less than 6 months into owning the new home, the roof started leaking by a kitchen window with water running directly into an outlet. Husband disconnected the outlet and I called Jent. They said someone would be in touch. Nothing. I called again and they said there is no warranty for a new owner. Warranty doesn't transfer but they would have a project manager contact me. Nothing. Called again and "someone would be in touch"... That was in July. Had a roof inspector confirm that it was an installation issue. They do not stand behind their work. They do not communicate. I hope this review helps when considering a roofing contractor. I would be happy to revise the review if they actually returned a call. Not expecting it though. read more

We got an estimate from our Insurance company with a Jent representative there at the same time. After it was approved the rep brought over the contract. NOT mentioning that they would not do all the work for what the ins would pay. We assumed that the contract was for all work to be done. After 4 month of waiting [we thought they were waiting for the weather to break] we got a call for final payment. That is when we were informed that the siding & gutter work would not be done. Approved an estimate to replace a window. 2 weeks later the window was replaced but still remains unfinished. Someone showed up at a later date (not sure when) with no phone call to the owner, placed the indoor trim on the porch w/caulk and ghosted. Highly disappointed, would not recommend read more
