The review process took over the time frame given, and they ignored all calls and emails. Their staff, specifically Nathaly, provided no updates or follow-through. This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and misleading. They waste your time and show zero respect for applicants. We are also demanding a refund of our application fee because they clearly did not provide the service promised. Do not trust LREI with your housing.

The problem is when I contracted them to install a basement egress window. Very different experience here. I have tried to work with them on getting to a good conclusion, but i believe i am stuck with a shoddy looking window form the outside. Looks nice from inside at least. In short; -It took them much longer to finish once started than promised -My window well is crooked -The egress cover doesn't fit properly (looks haphazard) -My irrigation system is still leaking due to carelessness (not from the digging actually) Additional concerns; -Basement wall interior has many chunks missing from it now. (fixed) -Irrigation system cover damaged during backfill (dirt was just laid on ground, not on a tarp or piece of wood as I was told it would be). -Dirty/no post job clean up in basement. I removed the rubble myself, a mess still remains. -Instead of leaving the backfill dirt as promised, they took it all, so the soil around the window is depressed again. (still sinking and i have no backfill dirt) -My fence was not repaired properly from removal and damage done by backhoe. (fixed) -They tried to put the window in the wrong place. (caught in time)

Bob came out today and was friendly and helpful. He took some Time to gather measurements and get an estimate together. I felt confident with the process and estimate. I will be calling tomorrow to get job scheduled. Once job is completed I will update my review. Post job- They arrived on time for my job and finished at the time they stated. Crew leader Alex was very helpful. My home over 100 years old and the basement was probably hand dug. My wall that needed service was made of stone, brick and mortar. Very pleased with our job.

No email, no notice, no call - you just suddenly see a ding on your credit report. Beware of this company. They are either super sloppy with their practices or worse.
