Excellent customer service experience! I am so pleased with the quality of my screen printed shirt. The owner, Tom, was so accommodating and wanting to make sure the logo/design was placed perfectly. Tom kept checking in and sent pictures throughout the process to make sure he knew where to place the design. Tbh, the design was a little lower than I expected, BUT it was my fault. I imagined it to be higher. I definitely will use the company again to reprint the same exact shirt and maybe see if there are any wholesale options or even a hat I recommend this company 100%. Walked in off the street Tom immediately greeted me and asked what I was looking for I needed a tshirt and a hoodie with a custom logo. I emailed it to Tom as we sat there he recommended they get printed in vinyl and also what specific T-shirt and hoodie. He went over the very reasonable pricing and expected turn around of three business days. Was out of there in ten minutes!!Sent me a firm quote via email two hours later and I approved. I did a quote through Yelp and Tom, owner responded right away so I went with his company. Made my appointment with him and realized that I may be a little late and when I arrived at his store he helped me to pick out the tshirts and his lovely wife was there to help as well. I gave him the words I wanted to be put on the back of the tshirts and he explained the two types of transfers which was very helpful! Not my area of e expertise but it sure was his! We both at at his laptop deciding on the font, size and placement before approving. He explained that he would email me with proof of the work before I actually commit to the purchase and could change or make notes without having to go back inside the store and I find that process absolutely perfect!! As promised, the tshirts was ready on Wednesday and Tom notified me via email and invoice was also included which I had the choice to pay then versus in the store. My tshirts came out amazing! There's a naughty word on the tshirts and that's why there isnt a picture attached. Also, I discussed with Tom about that as well and we went through various fonts to somewhat hide that. I got quotes for some shirts for my small business from several local shops. There wasn't a significant difference in price but the customer service I received from 4Winners was unmatched!! After agreeing on the specifics, I received a call from Tom a day or two later asking if I could come by the shop to talk about my design. What ensued was a brief consultation, showing us what we ordered versus a vinyl print, which he thought may look better with our logo after some slight adjustments. This may sound like an up sell to some, but throughout the conversation I could tell Tom genuinely cared about the product his customers left his shop with. I agreed to let his designer play around with our logo a bit and a few days later Tom called me back to the shop to see the results. The guy was 100% right -- our logo popped a quite bit more on the vinyl print. We love the shirts and will absolutely be back for more. read more
