Even though I hadn't planned ahead and was on a time crunch, the guys made sure I got exactly what I needed and even pulled in a favor to get a seamstress to temporarily alter my pants the exact same day so that I would be good to go. I brought the pants back later for everything to be permanently altered and they were fast and I thought the price was fair. Granted, some things aren't cheap but if you want cheap products you go to a cheap store. They are the only place I would recommend for really nice and professional men's clothing in the Knoxville area that actually offers personal service.
