The racks were packed so tightly with clothes it was impossible to see what was there, and the racks were oddly positioned so that you couldn't even walk between them, the clothes from one rack were touching the clothes on another. They may have had a few ok items, but you'd have to dig through. Also, over priced for what it was. Katie has a new location. And it's swelling toward success. It's a great spot if you are looking for some gently used jeans, tops, shoes or kids clothes. (You know, they all grow up so quick!) Everything is carefully placed on hangers. And they even have a section for jewelry, or purses or active wear. They layout is easy to walk around in and the dressing rooms have plenty of hooks. Thank goodness. This place is already filled to the brim with merchandise. Fingers crossed it doesn't fill up too quickly like the Alcoa spot (I'd have to give them 1 start for Aloca by the way. You can't even walk around in there). When I stopped in recently nothing much caught my eye. I just felt like everything looked like the same trendiness I see elsewhere. No unique finds. I just went here the other day and sold a pair of pants and shorts. She had the highest offering prices for them, out of 4 other resale/consignment stores i had been to! I cant remember her name, but she was the store owner and running the whole place without any help, all while being very kind about it. While she was helping other customers, I took a look around her store a bit and the clothes she's selling are very cute, especially the dresses! I will definitely be finding myself here again, along with recommending it everyone else. read more

I realize now covid-19 has stoped the sale of formal wear. I stopped in the new location and the owner was there next to Home Goods. It took her a while to even come over, as I was at the register she was in the back of the store, even though she saw me. She was busy collecting hangers. Once she came to register, she loudly announced you have a formal dress and I have over 2,000 formals and want the owners to pick them up. Covid-19 did her formal sales in as she was yelling. Now I understand this but, did she have to yell it thorough the store? Everyone was shocked to hear her ranting and was staring at me. I asked her in front of everyone if she was the owner. Wanted customer to know who this horrific person was. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in a store. I want to support small businesses in our area but, this lady needs to sell this shop to someone that can deal with the public and her employees. I was told by someone that had worked there, that she does not pay payroll liabilities on her employees. Does that mean she is paying them under the table? This is agains the law. I will NEVER go in this store again. read more

I stopped by for the first time today and I must say I was so impressed. I did have my wild 4 year old with me but was still able to find some super cute finds and they were very reasonably priced. The staff was super nice and even the other customers were as well! I will definitely go back and will be checking out the other location that also carries children's clothing! read more

Fantastic place to both consign and to shop. Great selection of clothing in all sizes for men women and children. Very fair purchase price for items I have taken in and items in the store are in excellent condition and priced fairly. Looking for an inexpensive formal, this is your store, huge selection. Very rude. Was not greeted upon walking in. The employees then told me to move out of the way multiple times to put up dresses without being polite and didn't apologized once. Today June 27, 2016 my daughter had a blowout on her car on Kingston pike in front of the business Katie's kloset. She s 21 and a new mother with my 2 month old grandson in the car and called me her mother to come and help her the temperature was 91 degrees outside today we live in maryville so it took mr about 20 minutes to drive to her she stepped inside with my grandson in a carseat to escape the heat it was terrible today . The lady working at Katie's kloset told her if she wasn't shopping she needed to leave the store . Such courtesy offered to an infant in the extreme heat really blows my mind that anyone would want a baby to stay out in the heat as bad as it was today . Do NOT do business here and especially do NOT consign with these dishonest people. I dropped off a prom dress to consign here. At that time I was told they would price the dress at $100-$120 and that if it sold I would get half. I was a little skeptical because the whole check-in process just seemed inadequate to me. They didn't tag or price the dress while I was there. Due to that gut feeling I went back a couple of weeks later to see what my dress was priced at and it was tagged with a price of $110. I snapped a picture of the tag. When I got a call that the dress had sold and to come pick up the check, I was expecting $55. The check was written for $40. I of course questioned this and told them it was priced at $110. I was told they only price new dresses at that and that mine was used. They wanted to know how I knew the price and so I told them I had a picture of the tag. They then began to say things like maybe they had to mark it down due to a snag or missing hook, etc. the dress was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. When I showed them the photo of the tag, the lady told me she could give me $10 more but that she didn't have time to go look at receipts/tags to check into it. I wonder how many others were cheated out of their "half" unknowingly. read more
