I had a very unpleasant experience with this business for multiple reasons…read more I first came here in October 2025 because I was getting married in May 2026 and needed suits for myself and my four groomsmen. During that first visit, they told me it would be best for everyone to come in around mid-February or early March to get measured and fitted. I also picked out a suit from them at that time, and to be fair, they did have a very nice selection of suits for a reasonable price. Mid-February comes around and I bring in two of my four groomsmen to get measured. The measuring process felt extremely rushed -- maybe 30 seconds total. Two days later, the other two groomsmen came in and got measured as well. I asked one of the employees how long it would take for all the suits to arrive, and I was told "anywhere between 2-5 weeks." I was also told, and I quote, "When all the suits come in, I'll just have you come pick them all up and I'll give you the undershirts, ties, and pocket squares for your party." Four weeks later, I called to check the status of the suits. The employee told me they were still waiting on two members of my party to come get measured -- the same two people I personally brought in. After checking again, he said, "Never mind, we just didn't mark them complete on our end, but they are ordered and should be here soon. We have packages coming in this weekend." Another week passes. I call again and get the exact same response, almost word for word. I wait another week out of courtesy and call again at week seven, only to hear the same thing yet again. Finally, my fiancée called and complained, and after about 8 1/2 weeks of waiting, the suits finally came in. I came by myself to pick them up, exactly as one of the employees had instructed me to do earlier. When I arrived, they questioned why I didn't bring my entire groomsmen party with me. I explained that I had specifically been told I could just come pick everything up myself, and they responded by saying they "would never tell me to do that." When I picked up the order, they only had four white undershirts and told me mine would come in later because they were out of stock. They also did not have the ties or pocket squares they previously told me would be ready. After handing out the suits to my groomsmen, only one suit actually fit correctly. I completely understand that suits often need tailoring, but two of the suits were so small that the groomsmen couldn't even button the jackets or get the pants on, and their weights had not changed since being measured. Another suit was so oversized that we ended up just tailoring it ourselves instead of dealing with another return. We brought the incorrect suits back. Fortunately, one groomsman was able to get the correct size because they happened to have it in stock. The other suit had to be expedited and reordered. Thankfully, that one arrived within about a week and a half and actually fit correctly. On top of that, every white undershirt except one was the wrong size, and I still never received the undershirt I was promised. As for the ties and pocket squares, they told us they had sold the exact tie color we needed to another wedding party right before we arrived. At that point, I just ordered all the ties and pocket squares from Amazon because it was easier than continuing to deal with the lack of organization and communication. To be fair, they do have decent suits for the price if you just need a single suit for yourself. However, for a wedding party or any large group, I would highly recommend going somewhere more professional and organized. My wedding turned out great and everything looked good in the end, but I never received my undershirt, nor did I ever receive any apology for the unprofessional service we experienced.

She pointed to a stack and said we should go check there. If it's not there, go find it on another stack. Later we asked a gentleman something else. He was clueless, went searching for an answer, came back without the answer, basically just shrugged and that was it. It's not like they were that busy! However, there was one young lady who was busy running around helping other patrons. She was helping like 2-3 folks at the same time. But we never asked her for help since she was busy. The rest of the staff was sitting around. Anyway, my husband and I looked at each other and promptly left. What a horrible customer experience! We are going back to the one at Penn Square Mall. I was greeted somewhat properly (Probably because what i was wearing) I showed the lady an online picture of the suit and she told me they didn't have that brand in their store and acted like i walked into a Porsche dealership asking for a pinto, she showed me more expensive suits but that's not what i was interested in. I asked about some shoes that were on sale she told me they only sold full price shoes. Another lady was there (very nice) she looked for the shoes, they had them but not in my size. Not the best experience.

I was very impressed. One woman with long gray hair near the Daniel Cremieux section has no idea how commission works and thinks that requiring you to keep clothes from her department IN her department, despite needing to try them on with items from other departments is a good idea. Earning a commission means being the reason a sale took place (I should know, my profession is 100% commission based) . Your first word to me should NOT be to tell me to do something that works better for YOUR paycheck and massively inconveniences me. That's how you get people to walk out, certainly not how you get them to come back again and again...but Reza gets it, he will get you more than taken care of. He's our go to for all things tailoring from here on out. (Would give 5 stars if he was the only employee we interacted with.)

There's always something that you are not happy about whether it's the fit, fabric quality, style, or price. For me, Bonobos is one of the few clothing stores that I am completely happy with (mainly shirts, not the biggest fan of their pants). I love Bonobos Jetsetter dress shirts. The desk to dinner shirts come pretty close, just because they can be worn casually (which I never do). I like the silky smooth softness of their fabrics. It feels great on your skin and the fit is perfect for me. The colors and patterns of their products are generally pretty safe, nothing crazy or bold. Bonobos has the best dress shirts for me. They are taking over my closet at the moment. I usually purchase my clothes online through their website. In person Bonobos stores in Oklahoma is almost nonexistent, making it difficult to try on their clothes. If you see one, I would highly recommend to check it out. Currently my favorite store for dress shirts.

I don't do much shopping at chains, but men's clothing in OKC is one area where I will happily shop…read moreanywhere that has nice clothing, made to last, for less than the cost of one arm and one leg. For a while I thought I had found that in Blue Seven, but the men's clothing is just a little too on-trend for my husband, a dad's dad and very laid back when it comes to fashion. Flat brimmed caps, raw denim and grown up skater button downs aren't really his style. So we usually get a lot of his clothes at Banana Republic, where the quality is undisputed and the prices are reasonable, especially if you're shopping the sales (as we do) and using friends and family weekends and points. However, since I fine-tuned my life to omit the mall from my errands except for a few times a year, we never find ourselves at BR. We desperately needed fashionable, high quality men's clothing at an affordable price, but we need it in a setting where we don't need to go to the dystopian hellscape that is the mall, nor do we have to just buy his clothes at Target. Enter, Bonobos. Definitely more on par price-wise with Blue Seven, BR or J Crew, Bonobos doesn't look or feel like the same old same old from those brands. Great colors and fabrics, fun prints... and, it's not at the Mall! You can come to the curve, be outside, split up to divide and conquer, and then wander over to Upper Crust or Cafe 501 for a meal. Classen Curve is becoming more like the Utiqua Square we were promised every day, and this is part of the reason why. Bonus: I was able to get two shirts on sale (30% off) for fathers day. I asked the clerk if this meant I couldn't return the shirts, since they were a gift and I wasn't totally sure what size would be best, and he kind of looked at me like I was nuts. He said anything could be returned... I know so many companies and stores that never let you return sale merchandise.
