I don't want to sound overly dramatic, but the entire experience was incredible. James's attention to detail, understanding of what I was looking for, and ability to guide me through options that would actually add to my wardrobe were excellent. He took his time, answered all my (very uninformed) questions, and made the process comfortable and enjoyable. I was honest about how far out of my comfort zone I was, and he couldn't have been more patient or professional. I know custom-fitted, high-quality clothing can be an investment, but when you're ready to purchase something that's perfectly selected and fitted for you, this is the place to go. I was taken very good care of, and fitted for a "big and tall" suit that actually fit me. The price of the suit was a bit less than I expected -- I was very happy with that. The suit looks great and I will feel good wearing it at the wedding. What is not to like about the Men's Wearhouse?!

The store on Memorial in OKC is horrible. They made renting suits for our son's wedding a stressful…read moreevent. They forget a vest for one of the groomsmen, and most of the pants were too short. When the guys went in for the 2nd fitting the week of the wedding and discovered the pants were 1-2 inches short they told them nothing could be done. I made a call and then suddenly they would hem them. We rented 15 suits and I paid for them all at once. At pick up time they told me there was a balance because the employee who did the original fitting gave a discount that they didn't approve. That's not my problem. I paid the bill she gave me. After talking to 3 different employees they finally came to the conclusion that I didn't owe anything. I will never rent another suit here. Just a horrible all around experience.
