I got the Smoll which is a newer brew, the Petit Duchesse, Roller Beast and Kraken. My favs were the Kraken and Smoll. They were all great but I would definitely get those again! Service was quick and friendly. In the back they have Pattersons Pizza making Neapolitan style pizza. I was surprised they were there! I originally tried their pizza at a Markham Dog Alliance event and was excited to try another pizza. The pizza is very much a tradition Neapolitan style pizza, reminded me of the pizza I had in Naples. The sauces, the thin crust, chewy and yummy and the delectable cheese and pepperoni was a nice balance to the variety of brews I enjoyed. Ian the chef, really loves what he does! BTW, in addition to their beers, they also make gin and vodka, all on site! It was all very interesting! Our tour ended in their third floor lounge, a gorgeous and intimate space, where we sampled a flight of their beer. They were all good! This lounge also hosts live entertainment, including music, workshops, and other events. Whether you have an interest in beer, or not, the tour was very interesting and the facility was very impressive!
