They have access to an expansive selection of promotional items that you can customize, as well as a lot of printing options types to suit your requirements. I ordered sublimated bandanas for pets. While other vendors only offer offer one or sometimes two size options, Printology has three options available which is great! Additionally there are three printing options too. Printology responded by text and asked about what kind of material I wanted the print on. When I texted back I got no response. I then drove to the business address listed on Yelp to show them a sample of the material and there was nothing there; no store front, no empty office... nothing. I called the phone number, thinking that I'd gotten the address wrong, and while it was still ringing, I got a text from that number saying "sorry we missed your call. Texting is a better way for us to communicate." Why would they not just answer the phone and speak to me? I texted back saying that I had the material sample to show them. They responded that their entire "team" was working remote. I again described my project and asked where I could bring the sample. They never responded. I waited until the next day and texted again but still got no response. It's now been a week and they have not responded to any attempts at communication. I suspect that this is one private individual working out of her garage while listing a fake address on Yelp. Scroll to the bottom of the review page and read the other "hidden" negative review.

Terrible experience. The system and structure of the art approval is a huge headache. I have been…read moretrying to get the correct dimensions on my shirt printed for the past nine days. 9 DAYS. you have to approve or reject the art but my shirt is 3 inches under the mock up I sent them. I keep rejecting and explaining what I need but they keep just sending back the same BS that I said was wrong. I have even split my png into 3 separate images so we can get the perfect ratio and it's still wrong. If I create a mock up with dimension you should be able to either print my shirt or tell me you're not capable
