I bring all of my out of town visitors here who need some narrow silk ribbon, or yarn or needles, but I bring even the ones who don't have a need, just to let them experience what PerfectlyPerfect customer service is like. This shop itself is on the small size but has as much OR MORE than shops 3x its size. I maneuver around well enough in my wheelchair & if there's something I truly can't reach, help shows up in a flash... if you use a handicap device, don't be intimidated once by the narrow aisle that greets you. This is a large needle work store. Well organized. The person on duty was very helpful in finding the items we wanted. One of my favorite designers is Shepherd's Bush. I haven't seen so many patterns, kits, and mats for their projects in forever. Great selection of lots of other pattern makers. You must go there. I'll go back!! read more

I love going here & usually find exactly what I'm looking for. The choice of threads, notions and patterns are phenomenal. The ladies that own it & work there helpful, patient & very informative. The one draw back is that the prices are not listed on the threads, so you always have to ask, It would be so nice if the owner's would put a small sign indicating price over each brand of floss/thread. They wouldn't have to tag each individual one because that would be incredibly time consuming, but by at least posting prices customers would have a better idea of how much they were spending. I know personally if I have. Rough idea of cost it allows me to spend more freely rather then being cautious. read more

As a new cross stitcher, I wandered in there like a deer in the headlights looking for help on how to kit up a pattern. The lady at the counter helped me, she cut my fabric and helped me calculate how much floss I would need. She also gave me some great advice on product selection that helped my wallet too. read more

Good product selection. Employees were helpful and knowledgeable without hovering. I had a question as a newer cross-stitcher and they helped me out, then gave me space to make my selections. They followed up when I was checking out to ensure I had my bases covered. Definitely appreciated. Prices were comparable to what I was looking at online, and selection was definitely better than what I found at the box stores. Definitely recommend! I was traveling from Denver Co to Bako CA and spent the night in Henderson. Searched for needlework shops and Stitcher's Paradise came up. What a wonderful little shop. It was crammed full of so many different designers. I was a little overwhelmed! Found a fun cross stitch pattern from a designer out of England and when I got home I wished I had purchased more of Peter Underhill's designs. WELL, I called from CA and they ordered just what I wanted. When it arrived they shipped to my home with very reasonable shipping and exactly what I ordered. This is my mom's favorite stitching store and she comes here regularly. On Wednesdays they have stitch-ins which she enjoys. I'm not a stitcher so the only time I come is to buy her a gift card. That's what she always wants for a present so I come in around her birthday, Christmas, and Mother's Day. The staff is always nice and helpful. 9 times out of 10, as soon as I walk in they say, "You must be related to Margie. You look just like her." I'm certainly no expert on stitching stores but they seem to have a good selection of patterns, threads, and material. read more

Absolutely adorable little cross stitch shop chock-full of what seems to be every kind of thread and embroidery floss there is! There are also tons of kits and patterns available so that you can get started once you get all the materials, which of course you can find in-store. The staff is very knowledgeable about where to find all their product, even in all the drawers and baskets. All the threads are organized and clean and it was easy to find everything I needed. The only downside is that this store is across town from where I live--but that might be a good thing for my wallet, actually! I can't wait to come back here for all of my cross stitching needs. This is a stitcher's heaven. Such a wide choice of canvas, threads and patterns to suit all tastes. I seriously damage my bank balance each visit. Staff are great too really helpful. We lived in Las Vegas for 13 years and this is the best shop in the world. I purchased many kits and materials from this shop with always total satisfaction. As a matter of fact I bought so many kits and charts that I still have many not finished yet. They remain in my stash!!! Even though we no longer live in Vegas I miss the shop like you wouldn't believe. When I come back to visit, it will not be the Strip I'll be visiting. I will be heading straight to Rainbow Blvd!!!! Stitchers Paradise in Las Vegas is absolutely the best store in town. I mean THE BEST STORE in Las Vegas. The staff, especially the owner, is so helpful and patient and knowledgeable. If you can't find what you are looking for, which would be surprising if you couldn't because the selection is amazing, she will try to find it for you. Definitely plan on spending some time in the store in awe at the selection. I often plan to "run in" to pick up something real fast and end up spending a couple hours just looking around. My oh My! If you're in Las Vegas and love cross stitch, do NOT miss this shop. The front of the shop has got the more current charts/little kits/seasonal charts so you have to run the gauntlet of great stuff before you can even greet the shop owner. Check out the beautiful models, most stitched by the owner's business partner. But duck into the side room and take in the fabulous selection of fabrics! This is a stash-builder store for sure. I love this store! They are so helpful to the customers, and always on top of what they're doing. Recently I was looking for fabric that turned out to be discontinued. Since I had a project of 2 pictures and one was stitched already, I needed an exact same colored fabric for the second one. It took Gina some time to help me - she had to call suppliers to check if they have anything similar to what I was looking for. And she found one! There are not many stores out there that can do something special like this for you. I love this store and will definitely recommend it for people who enjoy crosshatch just like me. read more

I just picked up my first piece as finished by Stitcher's Paradise (specifically their subs), and I just wanted to say to anyone who is hesitant to take the leap--jump! After speaking with the gals in the store, it was decided that my small beaded holiday sampler would be rendered as a flat door hanger/ornament. And with that, it was sent off for embellishment. While the fee of $30 for a 4x5.5" piece may seem pricey, the workmanship and detail in the finished piece makes it worth every penny. read more

Several years ago my wife started me stitching. She started me on plastic canvas and migrated to cross stitching. Big mistake on her part. I have stitched many many projects for us and the kids. I have been awarded cross stitching projects competing against arts and crafts. Now the good part. This LNS is the best I have seen and I travel across the country and visit many stitchery shops.
