The previous ceramic coating appliers absolutely thrashed the trailer with deep gouge and swirls. It looked horrible. Being a brand new trailer, I was so disappointed and upset. FAST FORWARD: We reached out to Detail 2 U for assistance to see if they could fix it for us. WOW! WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Detail 2 U removed the ceramic coating that was originally placed on it, removed ALL of the damage from the previous company, and reapplied their ceramic coating. Our trailer looks amazing! I have attached photos. The original damage is hard to see in the photos, but trust when I say it was BAD. It looks brand new again. It's been a few days now and the tint has settled and looks beautiful. Such quality work and such a great price. The tint does not look super dark from the inside out but from the outside in looks dark. Just how I wanted it because I hate not being able to see through my windows when I'm reversing or parallel parking. If you're considering booking them, do it! The tint has helped so much with the overall heat level of my car when I'm parked as well. I'm not getting into a boiling hot vehicle anymore and I'm so excited because it's only getting hotter! They responded fast and communicated with me on pricing. I had spilled a orange carrot LARGE juice on the floor of my car and it was mid drive. This stuff was soaking the floor of my car. The car smelt sour all week and I was so lucky to find DGO Mobile Auto Detailing because they were awesome. They came to my office which was amazing, we have a parking lot where the detail could be done. I also have a dog so they got 95% of the dog hair out. You would probably need to tear out the seats and you still would not get it all out. It was nice to have a car with no dog hair for a while though. They also detailed every other nook of the car making it spotless. The team completed it in 2 hours. I never smelled the orange carrot after. I just text them now to set up my next appointment and will have a clean car again very soon.
