This was from a detail done in January 2020. I forgot to write a review then, but needed one done now and had to go back to their service. I found them on Yelp through the quoting system. They responded fast and communicated with me on pricing. I had spilled a orange carrot LARGE juice on the floor of my car and it was mid drive. This stuff was soaking the floor of my car. The car smelt sour all week and I was so lucky to find DGO Mobile Auto Detailing because they were awesome. They came to my office which was amazing, we have a parking lot where the detail could be done. I also have a dog so they got 95% of the dog hair out. You would probably need to tear out the seats and you still would not get it all out. It was nice to have a car with no dog hair for a while though. They also detailed every other nook of the car making it spotless. The team completed it in 2 hours. I never smelled the orange carrot after. I just text them now to set up my next appointment and will have a clean car again very soon. read more

DGO detailed my 1984 Sunrader mini RV and brought the luster back to life in the old fiberglass coach. I can't express enough how amazing their work is. I looked high and low for a detailer that had the know-how to work on this classic and had the enthusiasm and confidence to make my RV look new again. I set up an appointment with them to do my 2010 Nissan Sentra it has light grey interior it's 10 years old so you could imagine it was dirty, no big stains or pet hair just normal old car dust and smell. They did my interior and it looked amazing back to a nice light grey the darker shades of build up dust was gone I had a few pen marks from my kids all that gone the carpet looks great floor Mats look new. They did a light wax on it I should have got it detailed on the outside too I bet they would have done an amazing job. Got my interior of my car cleaned, it was good! I wasn't sure if they were legitimate but they were. It took about 5 hours.

Unfortunately, I had to wait longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. But hey, things happen. The location is a little bit hard to find since there are several small businesses in the same location. But once you get by that, DGO is highly recommended. I had a problem with rats getting under my hood and wanted to have the engine throughly cleaned. The crew did an excellent job steam cleaning my engine for a good price. It looks like new. And for good faith to make up for me having to wait, they through in a free car wash that I didn't expect. I nonetheless tipped the young men for the additional service. Hands down, the best auto detailing company I've ever worked with. They responded quickly to my quote request and offered honest and fair pricing. We went over my expectations and the specifics of what was needed on my motorcycle. They were attentive and assured me that they would take good care of my machine. The detail was totally worth it, and this crew clearly knew how to detail a motorcycle. There is nothing greasy or slippery about the shiny parts. It looks wet like armorall but is not slick like armorall. No cracking or crazing of the tire sidewall like so many other products. Tread on tires was dry and untouched, as it should be. Seat looks slippery wet, but is dry as a bone and feels just like it did before, but looks a thousand times better. Every nook and cranny was gone over and they even removed the side covers and seat cowl to clean and polish underneath. They paid extra attention to the spoked wheels (no easy task) and did a fantastic job of polishing the aluminum rims. This bike hasn't been this clean since it rolled off the factory floor. Spotless! Armando is a good guy with an excellent attitude. He loves what he does and it shows. He put more care into my car than I have. He steam cleaned the seats, floors, and ceiling. This place deserves 3.5 stars - only reason it didn't get a 4 or 5 is that the guys missed a couple of dirty spots on the exterior of the car. I only found them after the crew left. Had a great experience with this company. Did a quote online and asked 5 different companies for pricing. Only two wrote back. DGO mobile auto detailing was quick to respond with a great price for exactly what I wanted. They showed up on time and even texted before saying they were going to be early. When they got here I went over some areas that were a concern to me and they took care of it right away. So yesterday it was windy as fu** and of course on the 60fwy on my way to work a object FLIES ACROSS THE FREEWAY SMACKS INTO THE FRONT RIGHT SIDE OF MY CAR ={ here we go again... this happen with my Nissan Versa and jacked up my front spoiler. My car will be a year old in December. I got out of the car to see that the front had a huge black skid mark on it and it had also popped off the front frame over the tire (sigh) I'm pretty tired of Southern California freeways being so dang dirty that God forbid a wind storm comes up you are at the mercy of whatever is on the sides of the roads ={ I searched Yelp hoping to find a Mobile Detail company that could do my car this weekend and at a reasonable price. Since I have never had my car detailed before I was pretty much at their whim. I called 2 locations and Claudia actually had time for me today so ding, ding, ding! That'll work =} Armando arrived nearly at the time promised (he got lost... which is easy in my neighborhood) they worked efficiently and he explained what they would be doing to my SUV and yada yada yada my car looks brand SPANKING NEW! with the exceptions of some dings they weren't able to smooth out. DGO detailing is owned by Armando and Claudia, who are not only friendly but go out of there way to make you happy. I have been using DGO for over 4 years and the owners are not only dependable, but my friends. Armando comes to my house almost weely and washes my truck. Anything I point out is handled without exception. I have never had to clean out my car of valuables, as Armando is trustworthy and everything in my car is there when he is done. My neighbors and co-workers have used him several times. In the summer, it is tough at time for Armando to leave, beacuse of all my neighbors asking him to wash their cars as well. BS service always telling me I have the wrong detailer. WOULD NOT recommend 0/10 experience. They have no idea how to detail. They use the same towels to dry wheels then paint!!! Basically a regular car wash at this point!! The polish they use is washable after a few washes. STAY AWAY!!!! read more

DGO provides WONDERFUL customer service! I used to own a Honda CRV that I didn't take care of very well. There were stains all over the seats and the car was filthy. After DGO was done working their magic, my car looked brand new!!! I sold it not too long after for a great price and I owe them for making that possible. A few weeks ago, DGO arrived at my property to wash my new car (interior and exterior). They were a little bit late, but in a business like theirs, that has to be expected from time to time. You never know what to expect with each client so arrival time can be pushed back for the next job. It was no big deal and totally worth the wait!! They did a fabulous job again!!!! My car feels just like it did when I bought it brand new in January. Last night once my seats dried I noticed two small stains on my seat did not come out. DGO showed up this morning bright and early to immediately work the stain out. It wasn't their fault it didn't come out the first time, it's a stain on the foam and not really on the upholstery- so it was a tough one. They also did a fantastic job on my sisters car a few months back. When she was driving about a year ago, a paint can fell off a truck in front of her and splattered all over the side of her car. She drove around with this for months. After DGO was done with her car, it looked brand new. All the paint was off! They do such an incredible job! Very professional and so nice. Good response time, and nice people, but in the end I'm looking for end product in service. For an original quote nearly $300 and settling at $220, my vehicle was expected to be like "New" inside AND out; yet they didn't steam clean the engine compartment even though the quote said steam cleaning, it was limited to interior only on questioning it afterward. The quote should specify exactly what your getting and NOT getting, because at $50-60/hr I'm expecting everything when they say "like new" condition. Or at least ask me if I wanted it for an additional cost (which I would have declined the whole offer). Now I'm stuck to spend more to complete the task started. Certainly would have been an offensive rip-off at the original quoted price of nearly $300. read more

Let's start off with this is something that I have never done. I have never had a mobile car wash/detail. I am not familiar with the area at all. I was driving in and tomorrow I have to drop the car off for the freighter. So it had to be clean, borderline brand new clean. I drive across the country- so needless to say I had some grime on the car to include a ton of bug carcasses. My car looks great! I am so incredibly happy with the service that was provided.
