Our experience with Wash Me Auto Detail was nothing short of excellent. It started off with great customer service. They were very responsive to all of my messages, and were able to provide an extremely reasonable quote for a deep interior cleaning and exterior wash, and were able to provide a next-day appointment. Aldo was sent out to us to detail our Honda Odyssey yesterday, and he did an AMAZING job. Although I didn't get to meet him in person, by all accounts, he was a true professional when he showed up. First time using this company. Once he was done with the car I should have inspected it but didn't. Paid him and he left. After I noticed the car was still dripping with water on the back bumper and my driver window was still wet. I noticed the front windshield still had spots and dirt left that wasn't cleaned completely. Once I moved my car more water was coming off the tail. Had to clean it again to prevent spots. Etc. never had this happen before as I always use mobile detailers to wash my car. Very disappointed. read more
