I asked the salesman to send me all damage and issues with the truck and overall condition as I was purchasing from the west coast. I received the truck yesterday and it's destroyed. It appears as if it spent all 18,000 miles of its life off road. Dirt in every nook and cranny, it was not detailed, all of the fender wells and side of the truck are rock chipped, the rear windows are rusted and rock chipped. I am very disappointed. Due your due diligence before purchasing. Update... DO PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!!! After weeks of trying to get my paperwork from this dealer, I can't even get a returned call. They are shady and are trust trying to make a sale. As far as repairing the damage on a 70k truck. They stated I purchased as is and will not help with repair or compensation towards repairs I made. Screw these guys!

In the initial planning stages, I knew based on the mileage on my 2022 Subaru that I'd need an oil change somewhere around North Dakota or Montana. I looked up Subaru dealerships along Interstate-90 in those states. I decided on Kramer Subaru based on nothing but the mileage on my odometer and the distance I calculated traveled during my road trip. While spending the night in a motel in Fargo, ND, I called Kramer Subaru and verified that I could pop in for an oil change the next day. The person who answered said it would be best to make an appointment, but I told them I couldn't because I didn't know what time I'd be arriving. The next morning I drove through freezing rain on the interstate for hours, a few times having to slow down to 35 mpg just to keep from spinning out on the ice on the road. When I arrived at Kramer Subaru my car was covered in ice. I told them a bit of my story. Road trip to Seattle (to start with) and that I'd just driven in from Fargo. They seemed a bit perplexed, and the service employee who helped me (Michael) said they were supposed to have an insurance specialist drive in from Fargo that morning, but he called and said he couldn't make it because the roads were too icy. I wanted to ask if he was not driving a Subaru, but I refrained. Kramer Subaru was amazing. Their service was super-quick for a pop in, and they were exceptionally helpful, even looking up the weather westward for me and giving me tips for driving into Montana. The price for the oil change was less than what I used to pay for oil changes on my old VW Passat 4-Motion. If I'm ever in Mandan, ND again, I'd go back to Kramer Subaru for sure...but since I never will be, I can at least leave this review in gratitude for a great experience.

My daughter was traveling across the country when her car broke down in the Dakotas. It was a mess. The head gasket went, and the engine was damaged. Due to the warranty my daughter went ahead with the repairs, but it was a waiting game because of the extent, and my daughter had to be at a job in Wyoming. The manager Brad Williams, and his crew helped my daughter, and me every step of the way. Calls were returned promptly. Clear communication was given. I just can't thank Brad, and his staff enough for helping my daughter out of a very tough jam that could have been made worse, but instead went as smoothly as possible thanks to this exceptional staff.

Instead of the offering to look at my vehicle to see what the issue was they sold me a vehicle I am not happy with. My warranty had ran out on my present vehicle and I still had quite a bit left to pay on it. So now I have basically 2 car payments in one due every month. I am a retired woman living on budget. They new this. Looking back I wish I would've taken my vehicle to a station where they could've tested my vehicle, maybe it was an easy fix . Hind sight, don't ever go into a dealership alone , as a woman, and have someone with you. The very least I should have made some phone calls. They told me to keep up with my payments and after a year I could possibly have it refinanced. I tried doing that and was told this particular bank doesn't do refinance unless you are behind in payments. You would think Eide would have known that when they were checking. Or at least , not tell me something they didn't know. So for a year I held tight keeping up with payments just to find out I couldn't refinance. Expensive lesson. Never again.
