avoid this place like the plague!!!!! this place of…read morebusiness lies like they breathe. they say that they may have a vehicle that is right for you, but that is only if you are willing to be penalized for having bad credit!!!! they say that there vehicles are inspected by qualified technicians, this is the next big lie they tell you. because you cant use the lemon law in this state, you will instead have your car failing on you, putting you in danger, and having them redo the same repair job again and again. their business practices put you as a drive in harms way. major issues with vehicles will find you stranded, calling for repairs and inconvenienced continuously. they make excuses for having to do repetitive work with horrible used parts. if the car was inspected by qualified techs, why would a car need upwards of 7,8 or 9 repairs in less than a year???? it terrifies me that just because you may have had some poor luck in the past that you are placed in the discontinued and horrible vehicles with limited engine use, and poor performance. you literally can die on the road in one of these cars, and all the office does is make excuses for the constant repairs that has to be done they know what they are doing selling you cars that are old, but they give you their version of triple a so you can keep getting towed. it has to be their business culture that allows them to treat everyone so unfairly, they even screw over the military community and if you miss a payment for sure they have gps system on the car, the low quality car, with exorbitant monthly car payments, and they will come and take your car also. its highway robbery and this company should be ashamed to call themselves helpful. its damn near impossible to get out of your contract, so you are stuck with a vehicle that will not last the length of your loan. dont let the bbb reviews fool you, this place is a nightmare and the sooner more news outlets know of the actions the better. do not purchase a car from any of their offices in north dakota or elsewhere, this practice of whoring people with bad credit for profit needs to end.

Would have given zero stars for professionalism and customer service if I could have.read more

Kramer Subaru - My new Subaru Crosstrek

I went on a road trip. A looooong road trip. I calculated an estimated 8,300 miles. After it was…read moreover I learned from my odometer it was 9,801 miles. In the initial planning stages, I knew based on the mileage on my 2022 Subaru that I'd need an oil change somewhere around North Dakota or Montana. I looked up Subaru dealerships along Interstate-90 in those states. I decided on Kramer Subaru based on nothing but the mileage on my odometer and the distance I calculated traveled during my road trip. While spending the night in a motel in Fargo, ND, I called Kramer Subaru and verified that I could pop in for an oil change the next day. The person who answered said it would be best to make an appointment, but I told them I couldn't because I didn't know what time I'd be arriving. The next morning I drove through freezing rain on the interstate for hours, a few times having to slow down to 35 mpg just to keep from spinning out on the ice on the road. When I arrived at Kramer Subaru my car was covered in ice. I told them a bit of my story. Road trip to Seattle (to start with) and that I'd just driven in from Fargo. They seemed a bit perplexed, and the service employee who helped me (Michael) said they were supposed to have an insurance specialist drive in from Fargo that morning, but he called and said he couldn't make it because the roads were too icy. I wanted to ask if he was not driving a Subaru, but I refrained. Kramer Subaru was amazing. Their service was super-quick for a pop in, and they were exceptionally helpful, even looking up the weather westward for me and giving me tips for driving into Montana. The price for the oil change was less than what I used to pay for oil changes on my old VW Passat 4-Motion. If I'm ever in Mandan, ND again, I'd go back to Kramer Subaru for sure...but since I never will be, I can at least leave this review in gratitude for a great experience.

My daughter was traveling across the country when her car broke down in the Dakotas. It was a mess. The head gasket went, and the engine was damaged. Due to the warranty my daughter went ahead with the repairs, but it was a waiting game because of the extent, and my daughter had to be at a job in Wyoming. The manager Brad Williams, and his crew helped my daughter, and me every step of the way. Calls were returned promptly. Clear communication was given. I just can't thank Brad, and his staff enough for helping my daughter out of a very tough jam that could have been made worse, but instead went as smoothly as possible thanks to this exceptional staff.

They are by far the most professional business that has been my pleasure to deal with here. I dealt with a young man named Gunnar and he was the consummate professional he did everything he said he would do. He worked everything into my schedule and I think went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. The quality of the work performed was great. He stayed in communication with me so I knew everything that was going on and he did everything he said he would do.

My truck was at my normal body shop which was booked out until 2025 so we went with Duane's. Apparently some damage was pre existing before my daughter hit a deer. Insurance company did not authorize that work and was supposedly going to call us. "Never got a call" from either Duane's or Progressive. Low and behold I get a call that the vehicle is done. Awesome, by the way we didn't get the authorization to repair the passenger door, but it's done and outside on the public street we're only open until noon as it's Christmas eve. WOW, you didn't even call and see if I still wanted it repaired and if I was willing to pay for it myself. Now I have to take it to my original choice and pay a 2nd time to have it partially disassembled and color mated a 2nd time after you did the color match and re assembled. BUYER beware, if you don't bring in a classic and pay cash they don't carte about you. DEI or woke they're in this for the insurance bureaucrats. Shame that a locally recognized shop actually works for an out of state corporation. So much for locally owned taking care of their own. Forever lost my personal and companies business.. More platform reviews to come.
