Use to be an old tenant and at that time about 3 years ago now, I never had any huge problems. Lived there 4 years, loved the location and prices were fair. Since I left (moved up, bought a home with my little family) I have referred a few people to apply to live in apartments they manage. I've hyped them up, brought them plenty of tenants. But here recently their communication skills with possible tenants have been almost non-existing. After a few referrals applied, even got back they were financially approved & a single message about when they are free to look, to get absolutely nothing back in return. No calls back, no emails. No answer at the office number.
Communication skills should be a must for a management business. And I just want people aware when applying and PAYING a fee for an application to get no response good or bad. If someone isn't approved I believe that person still deserves an email saying politely whatever needs to be said; not approved, not available anymore, etc. and then that person can move on and not waste either parties times.
Good people are just trying to find stable living situations in this time, and this management has been very rude, in my opinion, in their application process. read more
